Ah ok, Maybe it was just a trial version?? Lightroom is adobe lightroom like TN said but it is a program in its own right nothing to do with PS, they have to be purchased individually. Have you seen this thread http://www.dolforums.com.au/index.php?show...176679&st=0 I have PS CS4 (full version) and also LR (full version) they are not cheap programs and I got mine a little cheaper when I was a student, but seriously (and Id be interested to see what other people think) If I had to do it over again I wouldnt bother with PS, I just dont use it, maybe down the track if I do any Photography in a professional capacity but even then I cant see the need for it, especially if you are only doing basic editing. Sure if you wanna do textures and take things out of pics etc, then there is a need. I guess it just depends what you wanna do. Another reason I dont use it a lot is that I dont know what the heck im doing half the time, I know the basics but thats it. I wanted to do the Advanced PS course this year but it conflicted with work so I had to miss out I was most dissapointed!!

Didn't you have LR, I thought I remembered reading in a thread a while ago that you had deleted it as you thought it was crap?? Are you sure it was LR? I remember thinking it was strange cause it is such a good editing program and so easy to use!
-
MM your little fella is a looker!! I love the first one the best.
-
I dunno the answer to the last pic Ash, it just looks too over exposed did you use flash? Iso too high? Nice shots everyone else. I just wanted to post this one, not taken in M but and only taken on my mobile phone but I love it and just thought it suited the Portrait theme!!
-
I really like this one too but I dont like the green leaf over the top of her face, I tweaked slightly in LR
-
Nice shots Pandii, Sam makes a great model, I had a go too, the first one is the aged preset on LR and the second one is Antique light, I did a bitof white vignetting around the outside to give it more of an aged look but not sure if I like it? TN are you using light room?

I always go every day, most days I go twice especially now the weathers getting better, but I dont go at a set time just when ever I get my jobs done or after work etc, most nights after work I go at about 6.15pm days im not working I usually go morning and afternoon. There is always lots of dog friendly people at AP if they wanna just head up there any time, they wont miss me with my!! lot And more often than not RJ and sniffy are with me too. Sundays we usually just take it as it comes and decide on the day. Still keen to know what sort of dogs these people have as I am steering clear of socializing with bigger dogs due to some issues we have been having! (prefer not to post details here)

Hi Guys, we have had a fun day today temp caring for a Seeing Eye Dog puppy, while his regular carers have gone away for the night, he will be staying with us till tomorrow afternoon, he is a great little dog, just very laid back and cruisy, it is amazing how they pick every thing up so quick, he wees on command, he waits for his food and just has general commands already down pat. we went for a walk this morning and when we got home, he just got in his crate door open and had a sleep, so easy!! My guys have got on well with him, Tully (white girl) isnt real impressed but coping, she is so much more of a people dog than a dog dog, if that makes sense. Anyway here is some pictures. this was after the morning walk Cooper checking Sonic out. Lacy and Sonic Checking out the yard Can I play too?? Too close for Tullys comfort!!
