Awww cute face. My two love fruit. They had a little bit of banana this morning. I can't think of any fruit they don't like, mango is a firm favourite. I don't feed them grapes but I'm sure they'd love those too.

Ours spend most of the day inside. I do full baths every four weeks but often need to do a half bath in between. Charlie piddles on his fringing and Leah squats so low that it gets on her trousers. If I leave the full bath for an extra week or so, they start to feel dirty when I'm stroking them.

That looks like such a good day out! People must have done a double-take seeing all those newfs in one place.

How bizarre! I wonder if his gladiator costume had anything to do with it. My son used to have a batman suit when he was little and his whole demeanor changed whenever he had it on. It was really weird but funny too (he was still too nice to give dogs evil stares though, lol). Maybe this child was in "evil gladiator mode" and your dog was the lion! Who knows?

I am sorry that nobody is able to do any more right now CW. I have everything crossed that someone, somewhere will have an answer for Charlie's problem one day in the near future. For now, I really feel that your positive attitude and unconditional love for Charlie are going to give him a lot of strength. Hugs to you and Charlie. Ps - Charlie and Leah said to tell your boyfriend that they are good man dogs - just ask their dad, lol.

I'm sure that your parents will be keeping as close an eye on it as you would yourself Wagsalot and if they have any concerns, they can pop down and see your vet. Of course you'll be thinking of Riley but you should definitely try not to stress and just concentrate on having a beautiful honeymoon.

Serena, my heart aches for you. You gave Rocco a wonderful life and when the time came, you didn't leave him in someone else's hands. You held him and comforted him and let him know that you were there for him. Thank you for sharing Rocco with all of us here on DOL, he will be so greatly missed. Leah does this. Every time we have tradesmen here, she has to inspect the vehicle from all angles, she loves to get right underneath it. We have the plumbers out today so it'll probably happen again. Usually it's on her ears or across her face but it usually just disappears on it's own.

Lol, this reminds me of when Charlie was little. I read that he should have met a certain number of people, particularly men. Anyway, hubby was going to a busy bee at the kids' school and I told him that he had to bring as many of the men back as he could muster - there was only 1 week to go and Charlie was not even remotely close to the recommended amount. Have to say though - he does like men.

I'm really sorry to hear that Charlie's health isn't improving CW. I had hoped that he was making slow progress (well, fast progress would be better, but since you hadn't said anything I thought that maybe it was just slow going). He certainly is looking quite cav-like. He even has the whole blenheim colour happening. ;) Gentle hugs for the lovely boy and I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that the Vit D difficiency is the key and that it's workable.
