Alternatively, return the puppy so that it can be rehomed with someone who has sensible/realistic expectations of a BABY puppy and go out and purchase one of those battery operated robot dogs from the toy store. They don't need feeding, don't need toileting and when you've had enough you can simply flick the 'off' switch!
-
I haven't read the entire thread but I've certainly read enough to feel very sad for your new BABY puppy...your expectations are too high, your teaching methods a real concern and your attitude is a again a concern. It's not the fault of the puppy that she has/had worms, don't take your frustrations out on her. It might be time for you to think about returning her, I really don't see that you're in the right 'place' for a puppy at this particular time.

Can You Export Pups From A Sire And Dam Marked Not For Export

That's correct, I was replying to Sandgrubbers post re running into trouble trying to register at the other end - you'd not get as far as an export pedigree this end (which you'd need to re-register in another country). -

You'd never get an export pedigree to begin with this end... -
I'm constantly seeing people toileting their dogs in empty rings do it OUTSIDE the ring!

I've done two electives but not without a clear temp drop and/or a prog reading... have heard several horror stories over the years from people who just picked a date close to the time

What Do Puppy Prices Make You Think Of Breeders?
Aziah replied to my_sibe_owns_me's topic in General Dog Discussion
I don't believe puppy buyers should 'pay the price' for a bitch who may have required a c-section or who was bred to expensive frozen semen... Even a very healthy bitch can require an emergency c-section for a myriad of reasons. -
That is my point LOL And I agree. That's what makes it so sad. Sorry It is sad but I'm glad we agree and I meant choose!

Australia Post - just bloody hopeless : Tell you what, in the spirit of the season, I'll let you have one of these for half price... The Ghost Tiger Great Dane. I need to put some of these out on breeders terms. I think they might be the new big thing. Hmmm ok - can I have 2 @ 3/4 price of one since I've already paid you $6289.00...I think that's a good deal and they must be of the opposite sex so I can bread 'em and I'll give you all bar 1 of the pups from each litter. Thanks Deshonko!

So pleased you got yours Miss BR I have made many attemps to contact DeShonko regarding the whereabouts of MY Jungle Rockwheeler to no avail however now that she is taking Christmas orders I'd like to put aside any bad feelings of paying $6289.00 and not receiving my 'goods'. I expect to receive my new Jungle Rockwheeeeeeeeler in the post as soon as you are able.

Faolmor I see your point but the judges don't HAVE to put these animals up, they CHOOSE to... If we are true to ourselves, follow what we believe in then that is all we can do, we cannot change trends or dogs of incorrect type winning in the ring and I guess we have to remember that everything can be interpreted on a personal level (but that's a whole other kettle of fish)! RSG summed it up for me...

What Do Puppy Prices Make You Think Of Breeders?
Aziah replied to my_sibe_owns_me's topic in General Dog Discussion
I've several enquiries recently from some lovely people all searching for companion puppies, some of them send an email with information about their lifestyle etc. asking about puppy availability and cost. Given I'm not planning a litter for well over 12 months I've still taken the time to respond to them, answered their questions regarding the breed and suggested that, at the present time there aren't many puppies on the ground. I've also given them an 'average' price for a pet puppy on the East Coast of Australia so that they know what they are looking at price-wise. I think it's human nature for us to want to know how much something might be well before we go ahead and fork out the $ but I really do have a hard time with those emails that come through asking 'how much' and nothing else. We all have our own ideas of what a suitable price is for a pet puppy but I don't think it's anyones right to call those who might charge what another thinks is an over-the-top price just because you don't agree with it. -
I've noticed the past couple of weeks I've been awake earlier...the dogs haven't been (that includes 2 x 5 months old puppies) unless I get them up.

Well Meaning Friends Want To Visit The New Babies!
Aziah replied to LizT's topic in Breeders Community
The rules you lay should be respected, don't go feeling like you have to justify 'why' they can't come until 6 weeks of age...that's just how it is! -
Thanks 2ps!

A Good And Proper Budget Dry Food/kibble?
Aziah replied to biscuit_the_golden's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
I would say if the puppy has been raised on BARF than stick to it - it's a great diet Why do you feel the need to add a dry kibble, are you just unsure about getting it right with a BARF diet? If so there are lots of threads on here and lots of raw feeders to help you with any questions Congrats on the puppy - hope december comes quickly for you Agree with the above posts, given you'll already be feeding the basis of RAW I see no point in bothering with a cheap dry food just feed RAW completely. -
I think anyone considering importing a rare breed would go about discussing it in a different manner, if the OP runs off from here and never returns doG help him/her if they decide to go ahead importing a 'new' breed into the country...I have no doubt it would try the best of us. It's a public forum, people have their own personilties, some sugar coat everything they type while others shoot straight from the hip.

Are you implying you want/expect to make money out of this proposed venture...it sure reads that way! So what if I make a bit of money as long as I breed quality dogs and do my best to improve the breed as a whole. I have bred working German Sheppard dogs in the past and yes I may have made money off the pups (maybe not in the long run)but it was done for the joy of breeding not for money I am aware of the costs of breeding and if i make some coin good luck to me if I don't well I'm still enjoying myself by improving the breed as a whole I just think it's abnormal to mention it - making money would be the LAST thing on my mind if I were looking to bring in a breed not already established in Australia

Several years ago we headed off to a show a couple of hours drive north, by lunch time the first day my boy starting coughing, I pulled him from the ring and headed off home but I had no idea he was going to start coughing that day!
