  1. I looked in all the wrong places when we visited the US earlier last year I have had a couple of tubes and hate it in the tube (weird person I am)
  2. Now...what about Kolestral or Chalk Mate to go with it??? (so hard to locate)!
  3. Agreed, standard is by far better, I do find the rubber back good for crates etc but it does get worn (the rubber in the wash). SwaY - you're not alone
  4. Pems - and it was me who left it until 7 months with no issues I'm not recommending it, just stating that in future (providing I'm not seeing any problems with adult teeth coming in) I won't be in such a hurry to have them pulled...not that it's something I have to deal with regularly anyway. I understand some breeds have baby teeth pulled on a regular basis...
  5. I've left them longer with no issues and unless they are causing issues with the adult teeth coming in correctly I won't be in a hurry to have them pulled in the future. Most recent was a bitch puppy and her upper baby canine came out of it's own accord at 7 months of age. My vet and several breeder friends believe it's fine providing they aren't affecting the adult teeth coming in correctly (so you do need to keep an eye on that).
  6. Probably because everyone has already stated how they feel about the topic in general...no one feels the need to single any one person out ;) Rightio......that would be a new one for DOL and show people. for all things new :D

  8. So very sorry to hear you're going through surgery (and so young) I hope it all works out for her.
  9. How about locking her inside when you have storms forecast (better that than her escape and maybe not be so lucky next time) - putting a collar on and her probably escaping again really isn't the best idea?! Glad she's safe and sound
  10. Are all these very early (6-7 days early) bitches progesterone tested at the time of mating...probably not. Mine don't leave home once they've been mated, personal preference...
  11. ...Sway beat me to it with up to date info.
  12. Good luck hope it all goes well for you and your girl...keep in mind you're an hour away from your vet - should you run into any trouble don't second guess yourself just make the call
  13. I'd be taking her in for a check, regardless of distance...does she still have the green discharge?
  14. How did you go? Never too late to call the vet!
  15. You have to sign them and hand them over, if you have trust issues then you should have taken the fee and purchased a puppy from the litter.
  16. I pulled her from the class in group because it was so late...we'd been up all Friday night and Saturday morning at the hospital with our friends daughter who needed 3 stitches at the hospital after sleep walking and somehow putting a huge gash on the underside of her chin I was so tired I just couldn't be bothered so we headed for home Sunday morning after a bit of a sleep in!
  17. Unfortunately the Apollo Gardens Tourist Park is closing down June 2011...it seems to be one of the best places to stay when showing at Bulla VIC. Can anyone recommend a good, pet friendly caravan park, motel or holiday house rental that's within an hour driving distance from Bulla? I have looked at the VCA website which lists some places in and around Bulla but thought that some of you may have other suggestions.
  18. Congratulations TN and Jedi Our weekend was alittle nightmare-ish so we didn't hang around for General Specials on Saturday and came home yesterday morning.
  19. Don't do it then. Agree, it's your decision, if you don't want to, don't - if you do, do it ETA: the breeder has done their part by signing the paperwork over, what you now do with it is entirely up to you.
