  1. I want good padding for my dogs when they travel so each bay has a rubber backed piece of carpet, a double-thickness hessian bed (with cotton cover) then a piece of VETBed and then a towel.
  2. As above...and yes you'll need a pink slip. I didn't this year with my Toledo... Why not? I have no freaking idea but it didn't require an inspection and the rego was renewed online without any worries. Oh! I'll check mine when the renewal comes next year

  4. Well the conversation might flow a bit faster if Lola would hurry along now and do something exciting!
  5. if they are that big she may have trouble, good luck Yeah I know We won't know if she's going to have trouble until she actually gets started though *taps foot impatiently* LOL! The repro vet has assured me that there is no more risk than any other pregnancy. I didn't suggest there would be large babies can be a bother though, good luck.

  7. Measurements can vary, depends where the head is measured from point to point and 3 days is hardly way earlier than expected due date On the plus side, I'd rather see babies measuring a little ahead of schedule size-wise than behind. Congratulations!
  8. I hope all is well this morning LOTG, check in when you can
  9. I arrive early Thursday Morning, spending the day with Danois and then off to watch Great Danes and Staffords on Friday! You're in my diary Are you coming to visit me?! I'm so there! ;)

  11. Woohoo! huge congrats that's a wonderful debut
  12. Our specialties are this coming weekend at Castle Hill
  13. A FULLY ENCLOSED verandah is NOT OUTSIDE dandybrush!!!
  14. Same here. :p Even my work people are dog people... Same :p
  15. An 'enclosed' verandah is hardly outside is it?
  16. Just like people who don't like/love cats I think you're making this out to be far more difficult than it is. Your BIL has agreed to Honey coming to visit. Take a roomy crate with you and when you want to do something, pop her in there so you aren't worrying about her 'annoying' your BIL. It all seems so simple, dont' make it difficult :p
  17. I'm not a bait chucker but there are lots of them :p I think you can use whatever you please providing you're mindful of other exhibits, how's that? :p
  18. I agree with that (on a GSD Specialty Ring level but All Breeds is different). You shouldn't use anything that is deemed to be detrimental to other dogs in the ring as common courtesy. :p ETA: if you're in the ring with several other exhibits and you're sqeaking your toy and it's putting other dogs off then I don't feel it's a good idea. We then come across the argument of your own dog shouldn't be bothered by other toys etc but the reality is that if you have a dog that's sqeaky toy mad then there's obviously going to be some unhappy exhibitors. JMHO
  19. You can just ensure you aren't distracting other dogs with it as they are very noisy, can you not use bait?
  20. Get her back into her normal routine as soon as possible, she will settle, the sooner life returns to normal for her, the better off she will be
  21. That style of taping probably won't work for that current ear-set Nek...you want to strengthen that outer edge so make sure you don't roll it We expect a pic of your glue job when you're done!
