Have you advised the pups breeder? If not, do...

It's not the Clubs fault that Australia Post often has stuff ups and some just aren't ready/willing to offer the online entry system. I send ALL my entries via Express Post unless entering via Ozentries, by sending them EP I can track them and they are delivered quickly. Sorry you missed out on the show but perhaps next time you have to send entries via snail mail you could send them Express (I understand one shouldn't have to go to such lengths but at least you'll have peace of mind).

Preferably nothing if he can avoid it, is he going to a property, will she be running loose in scrub etc?

4 weeks - the longer you leave it the more difficult it is to count due to size and space.

My problem was a printer error, fixed it after I worked that out! Paptacular - no in general even if you uninstall and reinstall your dog details will remain (unless you go into the guts of it and remove every file after the uninstall has done its thing).

I'd wait until as close to 12 months as possible dandybrush

I knew a GSD breeder (who also had Beagles and Corgis) years ago who only ever fed off the ground (served in bowls and tipped on the ground for each dog).

Two males aren't always 'fine' and my recommendation is always male/female combination as I feel that's 'safe' for dogs and owner but still not at the same time. Get one now and one when you have raised, bonded and trained the first

Just ask the breeder of your puppy Personally, I wouldn't treat for fleas unless the puppy has them, the less chemicals the better.

We all still advise checking with your Vet first Jeanne - that's important

The label on Advantage suggests that it is safe for pregnant and nursing bitches.

Went to book our usual accommodation today for some shows in a couple of months time and to my disappointment they advised they no longer takes dogs due to several 'dog show' people not following their policy. Yet another case of the minority ruining it for the majority.

Yes that's the one, I have been using it for years and suddenly it's playing up, have tried uninstalling and reinstall but I believe there has been an auto update on my computer which the program is now not equipped to work correctly with.

You will often see a dog that is winning regularly be it because it is a good example of the breed or not siring a number of litters. I often hear from breeders saying that they are going to use so and so cause it is so good and has won so much. I have seen grand champions that have the wrong movement and yet they continue to be put up. I am not saying that all judges are face judging but it is starting to get beyond a joke. I am more than happy to see a dog win consistantly if it is good, but when it is a bad example of the breed it is giving false hopes to the owner/breeder/handler. It is also interesting to see some of the dogs that are winning consistantly at all breeds can not win at a specialty. In the past 20 years I have seen a lot of things change in the show world but you have to wonder why there is less and less people showing now than then. Leanne I agree with what you have written Leanne and the bolded text above has hit the nail on the head!

Is anyone else having trouble with their 'Entry Form Australia' ? Mine was working just fine last week however today when I click on 'Preview' I'm getting a Run-time error '380': Invalid property value. I'm thinking there's been some windows updates or something gone on between last week and today and now it's caused an issue. I have emailed the Dogsoft man however just thought I'd check here incase anyone was experiencing a similar thing.

Great news but agree small amounts often rather than large meals...
