diesel has 2 skin tags, one on his leg and one on his chest. they havnt been a problem for the past 12 mth's but one has been bumped a couple times now and started bleeding. Iv got that sorted but now im thinking it might just be easier to get them removed however my vet is away for 2 weeks and i dont particularly like the other vet in the parctice so im going to try and hold off untill my vet gets back. What has your experiance been like? do they usually get put under for removal or local ? im just trying to figure out how long i need to keep him out of competition for ect. and a rough price you paid iv never had to have this done before so i have no idea. Thanks in advance :D

Hi guy's I’m in need of a little help and direction. I have been given the task of updating and re designing (with the help of a website builder) the Shoalhaven dog Training Club's website. The old one has been closed down as it was extremely out of date and giving misinformation to members. So now I’ve got to get the new one up and running. So I figured I’d ask the dol brains trust what are the most important things to you that should be on a clubs website? I’ve got the basics covered : Welcome Membership info What we train at the club (obed and ajilty) Club rules Wet weather info Gallery Newsletters Looking forward to your ideas

Quote: Science Diet Acquires Patent to Use Polyethylene by Ryan on October 5, 2012 in Pet Health Science Diet has recently acquired a patent to use polyethylene in their products. The purpose is to extend the shelf life of their products. Polyethylene is a common plastic that is widely used to create plastic bottles, plastic bags, plastic films, and many more products. Using this plastic in food could be dangerous for you and your pets. Many people are not aware of the potential side effects. It is possible that polyethylene products can cause cancer. PetsitUSA will keep you updated with news on these products, but you may want to consider avoiding these products, especially reusing plastic bottles. http://www.petsitusa.com/blog/?p=5351

Stafford Bitey face is pretty full on iv had visitors actually freak out thinking they were fighting when they were playing the sounds can be terrifying and (for want of a better word) wild. I find my 2 facinating to watch it is all pray type behaviour so not just getting the face but all points that can be used in attack situations. Most occasions of bitey face happen here when its to wet to play outside for extended periods of time or if they have been at a show / trial for the day and crated for a longer then normal period, so for my guys its a way to let off steem with out being too full on inside the house :D

Have to agree with sandra any dog with extra lashes should not have a clear eye certificate, all it takes is one lash to be slightly corse and they can loose an eye. Diesel nearly lost his eye to ONE lash cutting into it.

I wouldnt worry to much yet one of diesel's didnt drop untill 6mths old

The temp test was fairly simple If you havce a cool calm dog you should be ok, the interview was ok but i was a bucket of nerves

Ok from my MINIMAL understanding its sort of like the "blue" issue in staffords some Breeders aimed for smaller dog's ( in staffords they aim for colour)and in the process compramised the quality (for want of a better term)

so guys whats the best way to store digital pic's? My laptop has fried itself but we were lucky enough get alot of the photos off befor it died compleatly. The IT guys said to me to just burn them to a disk and keep them on that but i was told by someone else not to. so i figured id ask the experts :D
