Depends on what you need to talk to the vet about. I work in a one-vet clinic and my boss is a very busy man! Of all the calls we get requesting to speak to the vet, I'd say 50% are simple enquiries that the vet nurse can deal with, 25% are people basically wanting free over-the-phone consultations and 25% are genuine enquiries/follow-ups about patients, test results, etc. If there is a genuine reason for wanting to speak to the vet, then I put the calls through where possible or take a message and the vet calls back. Regardless, I am always polite and take the client's concerns seriously - there's nothing worse than poor customer service!! Even more so in this industry, having a sick pet can be very stressful.

Yeah mine jammed and wouldn't lock into place. I had to wedge a stick in it to keep the legs up, wasn't very impressed!
-
Sorry I didn't mean peg as in tent peg, I mean the little pegs which lock the gazebo legs into place. ETA: OzTrail promised to fix it, but never did.
-
My compact gazebo never flew away but a peg in one of the flimsy little legs did jam after only a couple of uses.

Awesome photo :D

If you're looking to downsize, I'd go with the Deluxe Compact for the extra sturdiness. I have the 3 x 3 Deluxe at the moment but I also had a Compact previously and found it to be pretty flimsy.

Here is a pic of my 2011 hopeful (she is the pup on the left). Winter made her show ring debut on Saturday with Baby Puppy in Group at Maryborough champ show :D Her litter brother (on the right) took Baby in Group the following day!

Kyza ETA: Does anyone know when/where the ET is held in Brisbane??

Whoops, I've been washing mine in hot water

I have this tent inner kit. It has mesh windows and solid zip-up windows (and door) for full privacy. I still put my solid wall kit up on 3 sides anyway 'cos then I can leave the tent windows open for better air circulation, it can get pretty stuffy with the doors and windows all zipped up. I love my Oztrail tent inner, it's soooo easy to put up and takes no time at all.

Me But I've no idea where to start as far as training goes... help!

Top 10 Surgically Removed From Pets
Miss B replied to dogbesotted's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
FB removals always make for interesting surgery. The funniest one I've seen was a cat that had eaten a tampon The worst was a swab which had been accidently left behind during another surgery (at a different clinic) several weeks prior. -

Pork Pies Or Lies The General Public Tell Us
Miss B replied to freundhund's topic in General Dog Discussion
Huskies do clean themselves like cats (or at least mine does) but I think most Spitz breeds do to some extent. My Sibes and Jap Spitz all do it.
