I had the same problem, with undisssolved particles on the bottom, or like using liquid sand, you forgot to mention the smoky haze that rises up when hot water is added. I spoke to LL who sent a new tub, and after a couple of uses it went the same way. Gave up on it, but might try the other suggestion. I was using on bitches pants or skirts (depending on which breed you have) to help get rid of wee stains. I didn't want to scare anyone else off So, with your second batch, did it dissolve properly at first? (ie maybe the problem is the age of the 'crystals') Yes second batch was OK for first one or 2 tries, then it went the same way - pity the tubs are so large. Not sure if LL have looked into it and wether the powder/ crystals need one of those little moisture absorbing satchets you seem to find in everything !

Thought I'd share a good news story.... in cocker spaniels in Melbourne in the past couple of weeks 5 dogs have made up enough points for their Championship title. 3 of them earned enough points whilst in Puppy class and got the final 25 a couple of weeks into Junior. It's nice there is the quality, depth and entries in cockers in Melbourne to share top honours around. The dogs, in order of obtaining the points, are: ** Belcroft Diamond Dayz (Bellamy) ** Sunlore Suparnova (Little)- bred in Queensland, lives here ** Elswood Get Smart (Zucker) - after some great wins in Adelaide, on a summer holiday in Melbourne ** Norwegian Champion Anemos First Served to Travis (Bellamy) - within a couple of months after release from quarantine ** Britebay Bush Tucker Man (Brodie) - 1st Champion for his Sire - an imported Lochranza dog, with another Britebay requiring just a few more points to achieve her title Congratulations to all. Great - all we now need is the LOCATION - as the temperature in Melbourne CBD is often different to Tullamarine (nearest weather station to the location of the show at Bulla) - so when watching the Channel 2 weather on the night before - is it the Melbourne CBD temperature or the predicted Tullamarine temperature ???
