  1. Yay Leo and Kinta!! I know ALL about scratching in the down stays...
  2. I agree with the others. Personally, I would never hand my dog over to anyone regardless of what they wanted to show me and how well I knew them. I just don't do it. I would be keeping a far, far distance from this 'trainer'.
  3. Sorry to hear that it didn't go as well as you'd hoped... But, you've got the first one out of the way - it can only get better from here! I'm sure you would have learned a lot from the experience! I know I did when I went in my first trial!
  4. Is anyone doing the vertical jumps, Ruth?? It's my fav!! I have a YouTube buddy who introduced it to me about a month ago. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZheJb4VYLys
  5. I know! Geez, I better get with the times!!!!!!!
  6. I hadn't even thought about people watching until this post!! Then again I've never trained out the front of a shopping centre before (usually crowded parks)! I should go and do some shopping mall training though! That'd be fun!
  7. I agree with Sandra. If your OB club doesn't accept titre testing, find one that does. It's just not worth it. You may be surprised that they do accept titres - you just have to ask. My dogs don't have reactions to vaccinations, but I am so passionate about over-vaccination that even though I love my OB club, I would leave at the drop of a hat if they 'forced' vaccinations (by not accepting titre testing).
  8. I particularly like the photo of the birds! Very nice!
  9. Great videos Vickie!!!!!!!! Weaves are my summer project with my two!! I have 3 months of holidays, so we have plenty of time! I'm going to use 2x2...
  10. My boy has really bad skin allergies and I've been using Revolution on him since he was a pup (he's 18 months now). Our current theory is that it's the Revolution so I've stopped putting it on him. Before he would 'put up' with it and wouldn't carry on, but he certainly wasn't happy about it when he saw the tube come out!
  11. I want it... But I could never do it justice! Would love to have a play with one though!
  12. +1 +2 +3 I keep thinking "I'll do it later" but later is closer to my exams, so I'm being pretty unrealistic!!
  13. What stunner!! I love the serious faces one and the pose!
  14. I think I'm going to need to win the lottery.... Or rob a bank!
  15. It is lighter than the 70-200 2.8 Oh... :D Note to self: go to the gym.
  16. I was quite happy with only having 200mm on the weekend... I don't know that I would need more than that!! It sounds like the 400 would be quite heavy too!!
  17. Cool thanks!! I am definitely thinking of getting a monopod! It was the first time I had done any sort of high speed shooting (other than my dogs running around) so I definitely need to practice! Thanks for the advice! I will add one of these lenses to my 'wish list'!
  18. I would have done the same, Ruth. I hope you start seeing an improvement with him soon.
  19. I have a Double K Xstream... It's great but I don't know what the noise levels are in comparison to the Liberty. I use it on my keeshond and finnish lapphund. I love it!
  20. No one has organised any except for the Spitz breeds. If you want to do one for your breed/group, you're more than welcome.
  21. Yep, they are doing lappies.
