  1. Of course you are up for it, Weibritty!!! I've been a bit slack getting photos off the camera... Day 029 - Ahsoka decided to steal the lime-light! Day 030 - There's a monster at the end of this book!
  2. LOVE the pirate birdie!!!!!!! Clever!! Jedi has done a pirate shoot before - http://www.flickr.com/photos/terranik/3912388548/ - it was such fun!
  3. I'm the opposite!! Someone wanted some horizontal photos I've taken of the dogs... There were NONE aside from a few action shots!!!!! I was belly down in mud to take a photo once! It was worth it! I've sat down in a puddle once, too!
  4. Yay for getting something on her head!! Cute pic!
  5. My two also happily fit in the one 36" crate. And that's with them both lying down stretched out! They're 13kg and 14kg and about the size of a BC bitch, maybe only slightly smaller.
  6. You should name your dog something that you like and can pronounce easily!! There are very few Finnish names I can pronounce and most of those have been used over and over again by Lappie owners here. My dogs are named after Star Wars characters!
  7. I agree - go for the body you're happy with. You can always upgrade/change lenses later on.
  8. She's so cute I want a Corgi :D . Mim keeps putting photos of her corgis on the Spitz Thread! They are soooooooooooooo cute!! I was never keen on them until then!
  9. How gorgeous is she!!!! Thanks for putting that link up, Tiggy!
  10. Thanks for that Nik! They are great videos. Sorry to take the thread further OT (you can PM me a reply if you prefer) - what is the best way to get them moving around the box/bucket/phone book? I have a wide short bucket I up turned and Daisy worked out in about five seconds that I wanted her to stand on it, and now when we go over to it she gets up on it straight away. But what is the best way to get her moving around it? I am only getting a little bit of back end movement if I nudge her a bit or lure her but neither methods are terribly successful. Granted I only just started about twenty minutes ago :D I'll PM you
  11. Imagine being a Keeshond! I have to check his black face first for any stray hairs before I take photos!!
  12. Looks like fun!! Great shots as usual!
  13. I dunno! He just does it!! I started off teaching him to walk forward onto the phone book and then over so that his rear was still on it. So then he understood the position. Then I put it up against the wall and got him to reverse onto it. It was the early steps of teaching him the handstand... This is him at doing some handstand stuff - he reverses onto higher and higher books. I'll have to take a vid of him doing his proper handstands now. And then we will start working on walking handstands.
  14. Yep, phone books, walking backwards and walking back onto phone books. I have a few vids of Jedi doing stuff when he was little. My two see the phone books and fight over who gets to stand on them! Jedi at 7 months starting to do some phone book work (he never understood it when he was really little) Jedi at 7 months once it 'clicked' Some more back end stuff once he got better His left about turns at 12 months of age Please ignore my really horrible handling in the first few!! Oh and little Soakie is too cute not to add
  15. I think LP is referring to rear end awareness training - something Daisy and I need to work on I LOOOOOVE working on REA!!! It's so much fun! Rear end drills are some of Jedi and Ahsoka's favourites! Who knows why!
  16. She looks great, Leo! I don't have anything to brag about really... Except Jedi can now do free handstands (no wall support)! Unfortunately it's not going to get us anywhere in the OB ring! He started his immunotherapy just over a week ago, so hopefully we can jump back into it in March once the weather cools down... Provided the desensitisation works!
  17. We just leave! There's no fuss here! We usually say something along the lines of "see ya!" or "have a nice day!" as we close the door (they are left inside).
  18. Yeah the poor boy was like 'we're all going to diiiiiiiie' He hates storms so much. I thought of Top when our house started shaking with the thunder!!! Even I felt uncomfortable!
