I'm the same. I have an interest in becoming a judge in Obedience or other dog sports, but I have no desire to become a conformation judge.

The owner of the dog posted about the experience in the comments of the YouTube video (unless it's someone impersonating her)... I won't repost them, but look for 11landune.

What have I done? Nothing. I feel like I wasted the year but I was too much with study/uni. Actually, no... I did a whole month of self-portraits and I should be proud of that! I don't mind being in front of the camera now... But after about April things just went downhill... Time to get back on the horse for 2011.

I went to a Terry Ryan workshop this year and she was interesting. Her puppy classes sound fantastic.

Yeah, I mean I've heard the people rave about the method but now I really believe them Crazy stuff!

That reminds me of when Jedi and I first went to agility... He could not be convinced to be on my right side!! So I had to teach him to heel on the right and he's been fine ever since. Meanwhile, I started 2x2 with both Jedi and Soaks 4 days ago.... I am amazed at how fast they are learning weavers!!!! Jedi is weaving 4 almost straight poles already (Soaks isn't too far behind)! I am thrilled with this method!

Yep, all the time... I used to have to use another dog to get drive out of Jedi when he had issues with his allergies.

My girl whines when we are shaping... Often when she's got confused or frustrated. Now that she's more mature and has some experience her whining is minimal as she's learned to work through the moments when she isn't going so well.

Yep, there's show training on two nights - Tuesday nights at 730pm and Wednesday night (not sure of the time). They are run by different people.

Hugo is a dog, not a human or a stuffed animal. He needs to be treated as such. You need to get that through your mother's head, or you will forever have issues with Hugo's behaviour.

I'm not sure if he'll get back to that level. He was entered once but then started having problems with his back and wouldn't sit. He's a lot better now so we're getting back into it. I hope to get a CCD on him but I don't know what will happen with his health. She will be if I have anything to say about it So long as he is fit enough
