  1. Loving these photos! Had a good laugh at some! Fantastic! Week 2 - Typical! Such a typical shot that really shows off their personalities... Jedi, being a good boy lying there happily, watching for his next direction.... And Ahsoka... Whinging that she has to sit still for a few seconds!
  2. TD - love the storm one! Awesome sky!
  3. I hope I'll get to add one to my crew in the future provided I like them when I meet some in the flesh, but it won't be for a LONG time! I already have my next 3 dogs planned
  4. Aww, you called my bluff. Yes... I am coming to visit anyway
  5. If you get one... I'm coming to visit!!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. Yeah I guess that'd be a problem... That's crap that there are limits!
  7. That's a thought -- plenty of drive but you might not like the grooming or the shedding... Though NO WHERE near as much as Sibes!! Not even on the same scale!
  8. No not entirely, I am just not sure if they are quite what I want. I know some with decent drive like Soaks but then all the other ones I've met have been quite mellow and low drive and I'm a bit worried about ending up with a coach-potato lappie Yeah, it's something to be wary of. It is very line dependent. My worst nightmare would be a low drive lappie Do we have them in Oz?? Yep they were recently imported by Belengere in QLD. The first litter is coming up soon.
  9. Did you end up ruling Lappies out? Ooh what about a Pyr Shep!!!!!!!!!
  10. Agree with this I absolutely agree with this as well. I LOVE having more than one dog, but it is because I wanted more than one. In fact, my two don't even really play with each other except on the odd occasion.
  11. Thanks Do an unpredictable self-portrait :D
  12. I'm thinking of specialising in General Practice or Emergency Medicine. Something with variety
  13. Noooo it even has some of what i'll be studying this year.... Good luck with the cramming though  I'm sure you'll do fine!!! Sorrrrrry! :D I'll apologise in advance for the next 7 days of photos which will no doubt be related to my exams some how!
  14. Helen that book looks awesome! I was going to do something similar with my 2009 365 photos, but never got around to it! Sorry Zenith and LL.... Here's another Day 013 - Cram.
  15. Inside here! Wouldn't have it any other way!
  16. Not necessarily true that alot of Neuters are old. My boy is only 20 months old and had to be desexed at the age of 12 months old due to only one testi dropping :D :D I have been showing him in the neuter class since July last year and has done reasonably well with numerous Neuter in groups and is almost at his neuter title. However in saying that I have had numerous judges not ask to see their bite and not even wanting to know his age So therefore it would really confirm that the standard is lowered compared to an entire dog. I have never had a judge not ask for the bite and age of my entire boy!!!! Not the case here... My neuter boy is treated exactly the same as the entire dogs. Teeth checked, age asked, 'bits fondled' (usually with a joke about "oh good, they're not there" :D ) He is 2.5 years old.
  17. Yep, you can... But as Sas says the side effects may impact on her performance. If you're only using it for 1-2 days before a trial, you shouldn't see any long term side effects. My Keeshond has trialled while being on corticosteroids - he couldn't have done it without it (it was early in his immunotherapy program). But it did make him INTENSELY hungry and therefore his drive levels went through the roof! I had to feed him before stays and really try to calm him down before we went in Other options are for her to wear a coat that covers her belly while she's in the ring. That will reduce her contact with the grass and may reduce her itching or at least reduce the irritation to her belly from the grass/ground.
  18. Yep, absolutely agree with this. The elimination diet needs to be done properly so that you get accurate results. Keep in mind she could be allergic to several foods, not just one.
  19. Yeah... Though it would be nice to see maybe the Flyball Dog Grand Champion title be recognised as equivalent to the other "Champion" titles (or another title that is up there in the points!)
  20. None of them are the ones that go up and down - they are the swinging doors. Petmate (Electromagnetic dog door PM040) Staywell also make a magnetic one (Staywell 400 series) Staywell make an infrared one (Staywell 500 series) Just do a google search and it should bring up online stores that have them. No idea what retail shops would have them in stock.
  21. Thanks for sharing! What a special man.
