  1. Looks like charges are being laid against hate group promoters
  2. From Kim COURT UPDATE: Success! Good news is my 11 seized rescue horses are now ALIVE until AFTER the trial. This is an excellent result I had been pushing for as RSPCA NSW were previously insisting on their disposal BEFORE the trial. Sadly though, Flame will now foal in custody, still wondering where her son Tin Tin is. I have requested and am waiting for the RSPCA video footage re baton incident and ...all other outstanding footage and transcripts which I need before I can compile my case. Back in court in January for several dates and 18 March, 2013. ALL WITNESSES PLEASE KEEP 8th - 11th April, 2013 AVAILABLE TO TESTIFY. I will be in touch re statements. I will be getting subpoenae issued to serve on you, too. For now, the 11 seized rescue horses are ALIVE. Funny reading Horse crazies
  3. No one that was taken previously, but awesome horse handling skills - not
  4. From Kim Alright, if you want to help, here's what is going to happen. . . if RSPCA NSW come back and take one more horse, I am releasing all the corruption online BEFORE COURT and the way you help is to send it viral, sharing it everywhere. . . so as fast as they are taking it down, we are spreading it. I don't care about waiting for court anymore. . . . . media will pick up on it and take care of exposing them. So, that is the plan. That means everyone can help.
  5. These are the seized horses, the one in front is apparently "emaciated". The chubby one in the above pic is part of the investgation and had blood and faecal tests performed
  6. This is one being seized a few months ago, the condition seems to be like an OTT racehorse, I have reported far worse and never seen anything done. This is off her fb page Seems taking pics of this horse wouldn't help their case
  7. Shouldn't the RSPCA answer the question when being asked why they are seizing animals? I hope if this is all on video that it is made public From KIm AT THE RSPCA RAID ON VIDEO: I asked the RSPCA Inspector why she was drinking clean, fresh water at the raid, while my rescue horses were served mouldy, smelly green water in custody. No answer. I asked her why she pulled her baton on me. No answer. I asked her precisely why my rescue horses were being seized. No answer. What on earth is this Inspector going to say under oath when I cross examine her in front of the media??????
  8. From Kim NSW POLICE E296436592 . . .official complaint I made re alleged illegal use of extendable baton by RSPCA Inspector on me. Police are viewing video footage. After this I was arrested for requesting 3 Facebook Hate Group people hired and on the payroll by RSPCA NSW not be allowed to touch my rescue horses and refused to allow them access. I managed to release 3 of my rescue horses from RSPCA Inspectors and sent the horses bolting away, telling them to run for their f***ing lives, which they did! I stepped back to protect and be with my remaining rescue horses and was arrested and charged for doing so. In retaliation, RSPCA NSW seized 4 horses the day after. . .and raided every paddock. I expect more retaliatory seizures. RSPCA NSW INSPECTOR CONFIRMED ON VIDEO IN FRONT OF POLICE THAT DISPOSAL INCLUDES EUTHANASIA. Innocent rescue horses victims of this WITCH HUNT.
  9. Some of the things I have seen in pics and written about WM and the 2 sisters have been abhorrent but until the whole thing comes to light it is all over the place
  10. I have Kim on my facebook and there seems to be some vitriol between her and other horse people, her statuses have become quite heated of late including a lot of photos of RSPCA cars at her horses "spying" or "stalking". Until the investigation comes out it is a very strange story with a lot of venom from both sides as there are a few people that have been quite vocal about her. I have seen some of the footage from when the RSPCA was taking the horses and the ones I saw were not in RSPCA intervention required condition I don't believe and to be honest some of the RSPCA handling techniques left a lot to be desired.
  11. Kittens are still being sold in the store, a large quantity of puppies are sold in this store and I bet they will be back in within weeks. Publicity like this when businesses are struggling are a goldmine, many people do not let ethics and truth get in the way of a good story. If you think for one second that 8000 kittens and 1000 puppies are offered to 1 small shop in Adelaide then I suggest you actually work out those numbers logically. We get offered maybe 20 litters of pups or kittens at the most per year (we do not sell puppies or kittens)
  12. This is supposed to be a pure lab, her litter mates were all yellows and one black, the owners had two labs and insisted that no other dog had got to the bitch. Both adults were registered but the owners were not
  13. Well I had a look at that ad (as I am sure a lot of other people have now) and the breeder sounds great, she has explained temperaments/home suitability and seems to genuinely only want the best home for her pups. That ad would make me want to contact the breeder if I was looking for that breed as it shows that she is interested in lineage, socialising and training the price/Christmas thing wouldn't have put me off, I think having personality traits on each pup was awesome
  14. Our ASD pup Azure is lovingly refered to as Monster
  15. This is why we need a single national body. When I applied for my prefix a couple of years ago in NSW I had to complete an open book exam covering things like dog laws, breeding, whelping, good husbandry, etc. Exactly it is quite disappointing when Registered Breeders are who we should turn to but anyone with $110 can be one without any information apart from names - address - nominated breed In saying that there is a Code of Ethics that need to be followed for members and there would be channels that can be followed for breaches of those I will probably never ever have a litter but will be showing my pup and thought it was worth getting a prefix
  16. I got a breed prefix the other day - How? Simply by filling in a form, picking 8 names and paying my money it couldn't have been any simpler
  17. So do I. I said that he has been obedience trained and is well socialised which he has been. He is a very lovely dog with every as long as we are home, otherwise he barks, he's never bitten but he may if some crazy person tried to attack his home. He loves chasing birds and isn't a big barker for an LGD. In the last 4-5 months he's become a bit more serious but he's still a clown, he used to love going for walks through town and meeting everyone and loved the vet, but with all the stray dogs I've put a hold on walks. At the end of the day he's an LGD and will bark and guard as it's in his nature to do so and I won't take his breeding for granted. Tell me if I've missed anything out. Poor MUP, did you reject Clyde at some stage? Is acting a bit like a lover scorned. Clyde is a she and an experienced consistent Maremma owner :)
  18. So what decision did you make are you keeping the kelpie bitch or rehoming her? Big decision I know I don't envy you
  19. Yep & dogs need responsible owners, so how come so many idiots can't get that through their thickheads? Because it is just too easy to have them - both I mean, parenthood and pet ownership should be a privilege not a right
  20. I went there today and got 10 pigs ears for $18.00 (today only) but most stuff seemed expensive Black Hawk was $99.98 a bag when you can get it for $90 at the Champion Pet place in Baywater Road. Ours are 10 for $15.00 or $14.25 for members everyday and they are the big Aussie ones but we are in SA
  21. I can get it in for you we are at Stepney or I can take it home to Rev Jo and she can take it to a dog show when she goes if you like as she will be showing my anatolian pup soon. I don't stock it but my wholesalers have it
  22. I have a struggle to form real bonds with dogs ever since I lost my heart dog Chief, I loved my little girl Shannon and she is a part of me and I miss her daily. Jake was the most amazingly awesome dog and I am forever grateful to him for what he did for our family but I can't say I was completely bonded to him, I loved him absolutely though and that is more apparent now that he is gone. I am the same with a lot of animals now, I love them all but I form instant bonds to certain animals. I am incredibly bonded to two of my kangaroos Daisy and Poppy, I was completely bonded to my Arabian stallion (RIP Aaraa) and I formed an immediate bond to my new retired Clydie who I have only had a few weeks. Regardless of my bonding or lack thereof they are all treated with love and respect
