Hi, looking for someone who can sharpen my grooming scissors in Bendigo thanks
-
Have recently moved to Bendigo and looking for a Vet who has experience with hip/elbow xraying. I just don't want to take my dog to any vet. Just wondering if anyone has some suggestions please. Also not sure if anyone knows what prices Vets in the area are charging for c5 vaccinations.

Hi all we have moved to Bendigo from Brisbane we have oversea holiday booked and our dogs will need to go into kennels. Any recommendations. I've looked at heathcote. My concern is we are away in winter and I have a11 year old goldie who is an inside dog and worried the cold may affect her more than the younger dogs

Hi can anyone recommend boarding kennels in Mackay please. My friend has just moved up to Mackay to teach on the premise the house had suitable fencing, which they told her she has got there and the fences aren't suitable. There is an aggressive dog on one side of the fence that could get under. So whilst she sorts it out she needs a place for the dogs to stay. Any suggestions would be great thanks

Hi a friend of mine her goldie ripped his paw and was quite bad. Took to her vet and he suggested good old zinc cream. She said it has worked fantastic and helped heal it.

Leather for me. We have two lounges, one with fabric which now is covered with dog hair which is impossible to get out. The leather is great so easy to clean. I'm in Qld too and when we first bought it I was worried about it being too hot, but is not. When we replace the fabric lounge we will def be getting another leather lounge. Goldies are real couch potatoes. If there is a spare seat they are on it. What a great idea buying extra fabric making throws though.

Hi I've had 2 different type of coolings mats. The first was the bladder one, seeing I have goldies they were way too heavy and personally found they didn't actually do much cooling. I sold the bladder one, next I bought a cooling mat, the gel type crystals which you wet then put in the freezer, and it lasts for a few days (found this good especially showing when we were away a day or 2). I know Mars Grooming Products where selling them, thats where I got mine, but when I went on to their website they said they were unavailable but there is still a picture of them up there. I found the gel type one fantastic, not heavy and when dry they just fold up neatly. I never had any trouble with them smelling or anything like that.

Hi Jemapalle I have I think I have either a Innotek or Multivet I'm not sure. But one is slowly dying and need of replacement. These Barkmates seem quite cheap so I was just interested in if anyone else had purchased one. I think it works exactly the same as the innotek or multivet just different brand -
I have to get a new Citronella Collar and was just wondering if anyone has purchased one of these the Barkmate Medium-Large Anti Bark Citronella Spray Collar. The lady said that it has a lifetime warranty works the same as a Multivet one. Barkmate Spray Collar

Hi 16Paws, last time we done it it was quite hectic Mel will be updating real time as fast as she can. Unfortunately cause we couldn't set it up like Ebay ie I'm not that technical, she does the best she can. What we do though if there is a huge amount of bids come in the wining bidder is determined by the time/price etc that email came in ie. She will do the best she can. Remember all finishes 8pm Brisbane Time.

I did by some Urine Free (not Urine OFF) it hasn't got rid of the stains as per what it says although in saying that I'm pretty sure it has got rid of the smell. My girl was peeing in my study no where else only every now and again. The stains in question are really old and the packaging does say have to give it a few goes at which I've only done twice. Recently someone posted about Bio-Zet which is really good and does get rid of the smell and stain. If you are interested in Urine Free the GRCQ Goldie Auction has a Urine Free Pack up for grabs www.grcq.org.au

I was at Vet Products Direct the other day and two people came in getting by the look live vaccines. I didn't ask and I had a feeling that they were getting them for cats. I didn't realise you could buy vaccines.
