Cute Photos! I tried to get a few of Reggie today, it was very difficult! She was removing the hat at every opportunity so I was snapping quickly and chopped her feet off, I had the ISO way up too by accident, so they are not very good

I used to have possums at my previous place, noisy buggers they were too GeorgieB. Hadn't heard this kind of a noise from them though. This isn't quite the same noise but its as close as I can find :p Maybe when feeling threatened they might sound more like the one on your tape, who knows :laugh:

Brushtail possums can make similar sounds too. :)

What a sweet story! :) A couple of years ago, my neighbours dog got out after a thunder and hail storm. I went and knocked on the door, music was at full volume blaring and no answer. I think she had turned the music up while she was out to try keep her storm phobic dog calmer. Poor thing I put him under their carport but she must have destroyed the barrier on their gate and kept appearing out the front. He was dripping wet so I brought him home and gave him a blow dry and a nice bed with a heat pack. The neighbour didn't get home until about 12.30 at night and she was so relieved that I had taken Winston in. The next day She came over with one of those Huge boxes of Ferrero Rochers for me! :laugh: So nice! I definitely didn't expect anything and was just happy I was home to keep him safe. There's been several times I've returned dogs I seem to be an inconvenience to the owners , It's just nice when people appreciate it! I know I would. :)

The beneful tent gave free wet and dry food in exchange for a 3 question survey.

We had a great time. Reggie was completely stuffed by the end of it too, haha. Didn't open her eyes once on the trip home :laugh: Started the day with a free bath and blowdry. The girl washing Reggie knew Reggie's dad. Then I managed to get Reggie up on the table at the grooming demonstration so she got a nice brushing too She was so beautiful and fluffy for the rest of the day, she got lots of comments. Lots of cheap or free samples. Got a photo with Reggie too :laugh:

Well I cut off some of the fins as they seemed a little spikey to me. Reggie quite enjoyed it :) Took her 15 minutes and no rolling in it thankfully.. unless she's rolling in the grass where she ate it, while I'm not looking! :laugh:

Oh no, I hope she doesn't look at me like I'm crazy! At least if she turns her nose up at it, I didn't waste my money on the big king george whiting next to it :laugh:

Hi guys! On a bit of an impulse down at my local supermarket, I bought a whole herring (aka tommy rough) 100g for $1.50 for Reggie. I don't know a lot about fish, I sometimes give her tinned sardines though these are obviously different to raw whole fish. Is there anything I need to do to the fish before I give it to her? I was worried about fins? or maybe spines I don't know about

I second the wire Compost bins from Bunnings. 4 pannels for around $25 (I bought 8 pannels) and some zipties to fix them together. Reggie has only just figured out she can jump out at 4 months. But she now has limited access to the house so I don't use it as much anyway. I also bought another set to fence off a small garden bed that has anoyingly sticky seeds (long hair) and Reggie's had no interest in scaling that one so far :)

They are such gorgeous pups aren't they! We met one at puppy school.. He did bully Reggie a fair bit though :laugh:

Also, I don't think this fits the situation you mean, but sometimes ee Red border collie pups can be mistaken as all white by inexperienced breeders. Particularly if they are a very light red. :) I find colour genetics facinating!

I have one for wees but not for poos. To be honest I am pretty happy that she's going outside rather than in :laugh: So if I can't get it to happen, no biggie :) Thanks for the idea Aussielover!
