I did yes but I've decided we're not ready . I can't wait to trial but I want to be confident we're ready. Banjo's had an on going foot problem for the past few weeks to. It's lucky I'm not going because I have to work that Saturday night now but I'm hoping to come watch on Friday.

I got a Lyla to . I find the strap way too long but otherwise I'm pretty happy with it.

Have you tried the squeeky kong tennis balls. Sophie loves them.

I got a car . It's a Holden Astra CD Wagon. Great little car with good size wagon. I pick it up tomorrow, yay!

Banjo's dumbbell suffered the same fate .

I thought it might be an idea to have a thread just for anything training related we want to talk about. It'll stop us going way off topic in other threads :rolleyes: . Well Banjo is out of action again, had another grass seed pulled out from in between his toes and has to wear a sock out on walks. I get to concentrate on Sophie for a bit though which is good. I did some training with her in the driveway today. It makes me laugh how she loves the 'Hansel and Gretel' game for the chase of the food where as Banjo is like why did you throw it when you could have just given it to me . Well that's it for me today, hopefully everyone will think this thread is a good idea .

Had a look at the car yard today and the Holden Astra CD wagon looks great. It had alot of room, more than the 4 wheel drives I was looking at and only a 4 cylinder so cheap to run.

Okay I read it thanks Ness . So I'll give my verbal drop cue pause then the exaggerated hand signal until they start dropping on just my verbal then I can add my new hand signal. I think that's right .

I missed that .

I'm having trouble with the drop. I taught it with an exaggerated hand signal back when I was training at a club and now if I don't do that same signal both dogs will sit not drop. I realise that it was my fault not fading that signal early . What I'm trying to do is get them dropping just on a verbal then add the hand signal I want to use. I've been repeating drop/good drop when they're in a drop and putting the food on the ground between their legs. I'm hoping I'm doing the right thing . Any tips .

I'm getting a c-crates secura pen and want to get a cover for it from great rugs but but not sure which type to get. There's lightweight, nylon, canvas or mesh. Just wondering what material most people use.

I'm getting a ccrate secura pen. Can't wait until it gets here .
