Was training the kick back stand today which I've not worked on much but the dogs did well it was the sit that was the problem. Through handler error the dogs are sitting on an angle towards me because I always reward from my left hand so they're gravitating towards the reward. I have to make an effort of varying reward placement and only rewarding good sits. Anyone else had this problem or just me with my lazy handling .

Had a great night at training. The raccoon tail was a hit with Sophie I've finally found a toy she likes . Did about 10 minutes obedience training with both and spent half that playing then popped Banjo over some jumps valleyCBR had set up. Tired now I better get to bed. The dogs are already asleep .

Going training tonight yay! I've had a few weeks off and now I'm feeling super motivated to get back into it. I'm making a goal to do a CCD trial with Sophie this year so I better get cracking ;) .

I'm intrigued about these secret Monday plans It's not really that secret, I just don't want to commit someone until I get confirmation from them. Oh BTW Tiggy since we have been missing each other at training I will either catch up with you Thursday or if not I will upload the Rally stuff for you. I think we should have a WA DOLers 2010 AKC Agility Nationals DVD watching night when my DVD arrives. I'll be there Thursday if they're doing Rally

Oh know you're going to miss your baby but it sounds like a great opportunity for him . Are you still going to the Adelaide Royal yourself? Did you go to agility training Monday night? I feel bad because I keep saying I'm going but Banjo's had sore paws from allergies and he was limping Monday. He's fine with the gentler obedience though so will definitely go to the Rally classes.
