Pea arrives Monday and so far I haven't thought of another name and I'm so used to calling him Pea it might stay .

Thank you everyone for the kind words , I feel more sorry for RSG who knew her for 8 weeks . I was lucky RSG was hanging onto Pea until she found the perfect owner for him, so I'm very lucky she's trusted him with me, he was actually the first pup I wanted but then little Shimi stole my heart, but I love him just as much and he's gorgeous, my pick of the boys. Poor Pea has all this girl stuff, pink/purple bedding, pink toys .

It's been an emotional day today, Shimi had to be PTS , she was one very special little puppy . Pea and Shimi RSG very kindly offered me Pea and I accepted .

I started teaching Banjo the kick back stand on my bench out the back, he's starting to get it, it's one position I feel really awkward training, I think I'll leave it until I can get some help so I don't confuse him anymore . Don't worry I broke Banjo's drop, re-trained it and now he has a great drop, it's lucky dogs are smart enough to put up with us .

In Sheila Booth's book she says to avoid losing the sit teach the kick back stand so they're doing two sits for one stand eg sit-stand-sit. I didn't properly teach Banjo the stand and now we're both confused ;) , that's something I'd like help with when I start training at K9 .

Banjo found a turtle on our walk today, it scared the crap out of me, I thought it was a snake .
