I feed twice a day. Feeding a main meal in the morning is suppose to be good for dogs that need to lose weight as they burn it off during the day.

I use Pookinuk to. Delivery is only $5.

I decided against getting the Vets All Natural. I've been feeding a raw prey model diet and all the dogs are doing well on it .

I used Polaramine. I gave him half a tablet that evening and again the next morning.

Poor Banjo was stung by a Bee yesterday . I noticed one of his eyes was a bit swollen when we got back from a walk and then five minutes later his whole face had swollen up. I rang the emergency Vet and he said to give him an Antihistamine tablet. The swelling had gone down alot this morning and now he's back to his handsome self .

I use Pookinuk .

If you have any doubts about the breeder go to someone else. I think they sound suspicious. I paid $1000 for my boy which is the norm in Perth.

Have you been rewarding the nervous/scared behaviour by comforting her at these times? Remember to wait until she's in a calm state of mind before getting attention.

The diet you're feeding sounds fine. I feed my dogs a raw diet with no grain or vegetables.

Cooked chicken breast because I'm not getting yucky raw chicken all over my hands at dog training . Banjo's treats when we go to training are his dinner so I want them to be something nutritious, so any cooked meat/offal. I just use the Natures Gift mini treats at home as I only use a small handfull in a training session.

10/10 for stand for exam. How did you manage that with a Staffy ? That's been the hardest thing to teach my two because they're just too friendly.
-
I remember he doesn't use food in training. I saw him the other day. He works at the Woolworths near me.

I just clicked the Northern Suburbs link and the photo of the stand for exam is with one of my old Instructors from Midland. I think his name is Paul. How long have you ben going to Midland 'saradale'? I haven't been for four months but I'm starting to miss it.

Thanks for the reply . I got some really meaty turkey drumsticks today. Are they okay to feed? I know they're a weight bearing bone but they're softer than a beef leg etc. My dogs have no trouble with them. My dogs love lamb hearts. Since they're classed as a muscle meat can I feed more of them than I would liver or kidney?

What's a good and reasonably priced fish oil? I found one which sounds good but it's pretty expensive. Also do you feed it daily or less often? Here's the link to the one I was looking at. I've seen it for $32.50. http://www.wildalaskanfishoil.com.au/index.html

Midland would be your closest and it's a good club .
