  1. How terribly sad They sounded like absolutely beautiful girls and obviously very loved. Im so so sorry
  2. I'm so sorry that you've lost your special boy. RIP Mr Wilson. DOL will miss you too.
  3. Refusing to do so and lying are two different things though. In the case above, it seems that the vet must have agreed to pts and then didn't do it. Totally inexcusable. I would imagine that more than one person would have been involved in the lie as well.
  4. Im so sorry Jelly. I hope you and Roo have many beautiful days together between now and the 14th. Your story has really touched me. The lengths you have gone to for your adored girl are amazing. She is so lucky to have found you. Along with the rest of your DOL admirers, I will be thinking of you and Roo when the time comes
  5. Poor boy. What a devastating outcome. RIP little man.
  6. A GSD climbing a tree - you win
  7. Our cocker catches birds. He looks like he would be cumbersome and useless but boy he can move! So far, he's only caught the Indian mynas. We don't have many smaller birds left around here any more. If he starts to catch others, I'll try a bell. Good idea, thanks :) We used to have a tree climbing possum/snake/lizard hunting JRTx. That got a bit hair raising at times! He was so focused on the prize that he didn't think about where he was going
  8. We're going along to watch on Tuesday. Mainly for the Lagotto's. There are several breeds on that day that I haven't ever seen before. Can't wait to meet a komondor! To me, the nost beautiful dog is the borzoi and they'll be there too. What a day!! ETA Good luck to all the exhibitors :D
  9. I have one tube of Revolution (red box) for 10.1-20kg dog available to anyone who'd like it. exp 11/2014
  10. Surely not! That's an angel dog :D As well as getting a new bed, I think Jed's suggestion is a good one. Being a smarty pants lagotto, you might need to re spray every now and then in case he checks to see if it still tastes gross. Good luck :)
  11. Awwwww gorgeous. Well done to everyone involved in helping Billy find the perfect new home
  12. I'm so sorry for your loss. I always enjoy reading about your gorgeous cavs. It's so obvious that they mean the world to you and your husband. I hope your girls will be ok. Run free little loved man
  13. Righteo Fivers, you're in trouble...I've been enabled by you...and I'm sure its not the first time! Since you started this thread, I've been eyeing off the Snooza beds but hadn't handed over any $ until today. I took Hector to the vet and they had the Good Dog Signature Beds in the waiting room. We now have two! The boys are in love. They were so excited when I brought them home. How on earth do they know that funny shaped thing is for them? Very happy campers :)

How bloody awful Some people are sent such huge mountains to climb
  15. Poor thing. I hope they work out what is wrong and fix her up pronto.
  16. Good on you for caring for him, yg ETA And Gillbear, too of course :)
  17. Very sad. The poor dog has had multiple homes. I don't understand why he has ended up at the pound. If he is so unhomeable, surely he should be kindly pts while in a caring persons arms.
  18. I hope he can find a loving forever home. Apparently he's had quite a few homes. So sad, poor boy.
  19. I can't play because I'm middle nameless My OH would be Angelo Beleura Hill
  20. Our neighbours on one side had boxers, the other side had a bullmastiff. We've been quite involved with both over the years. I have to say that I completely fell for Rufus, the BM. He was the biggest softy. He just loved being near people and was so gentle. Whenever the neighbours weren't home and he knew we were, he would bark once so I would go over and bring him into our place. With their permission! He was a very endearing boofer. He was also very gentle with children. While the boxers owned by the other neighbours were beautiful dogs and lovely to be around, they didn't have the same attraction to me. We still always really enjoyed having them visit.
