The dogs have started again!

I cant see a full moon and cant hear any parties, there might have been someone around but you can normally hear someone yelling or fighting on a Friday or Saturday night. It's quiet now and Toby is in bed.

I swear every dog around my house is going off including mine, something must be going on

I first thought hotspot but it doesnt look like the normal hotspots he has had in the past. He's going to the vets this afternoon so i'll know then.

Ive just noticed Toby has a sore spot on his back leg, its on the inside and its really red and feel hot he's starting to lick there as well. I will be taking him to the vets tomorrow but was wondering if anyone would know what it could be and if there's anything I could do for him now.

My housemates have gone on hoilday for a week and have taken there dog so i've got Toby here for the week. He is a bit of a stress head and I can here him sooking, so what would the best way to make him feel more at home here?

I have just gotten word that someone has been putting bait in and around the Veladrome. Not only is this where the obedience club is but its the only fenced in area around here and alot of people take there dogs there

If they do get knocked back from good breeders what are the chances that they will get one from a backyard breeder

What exactly do you feed now,what portion size,how much in the treat area (pig ears,left over toast etc etc) how much exercise & how old a dog At the moment he's a cup of dry food plus vegies, no treats and he's getting eaither half an hour of on lead walking or free running. He's 6 years old and has arthrits. I must be doing something right as he's lost half a kilo in a month.

My vet told me less dry food so im looking for things that will make him feel fuller.

What sort of food is best to give a dog thats overweight? Something that will make him feel full.

I want focus heeling for trials.

Im trying to teach CJ the heel but am stuck at 1-2 steps. She's got the postion and watches me before we go off but thats what were at right now. Any tips and suggestions would be great :D

There's a therapy group here and the lady who organises it owns Maremmas.

I have nothing against crossbreeds, my purebred is unpapered ( never again ) and my parents have a crossbreed, both are very much loved but it's my choice to be more selective to where I get my next dog then just looking in the tradeing post.

Thanks for that this breed has really caught my eye.
