Most of the people I work with (coles) have no idea what a dog show is! I mention, Crufts, Westminster, Melbourne Royal etc and they still have no idea what it actually is. I need a way to easily describe to them what in the world I do on my weekends! lol. The few people co workers and customers who do know what I am talking about always ask me how I went and love the sound of it!

Very true, good post Bonny Belle! Wantasounddog, who did the scoring of your Lab's hips/elbows? What mm's of change are on the score sheet? (there is a grade, which for your dog is obviously 2, but there is also a section to show the exact mm's of change) I'm wondering, as your dog is showing such severe lameness, if there is a possibility of FCP (Fragmented Coronoid Process). It's easy to pick up on an xray though.

Jenny, I have a pastel pink suit ladies 10 that I can bring to the shows in a couple of weeks (Dandy Poultry and Melbourne) if you want to see if it would fit the older daughter. The skirt is to small for me, the jacket does fit but if very short on me so if it fits someone else better it is better to sell it.

I just did a very brief skim of the VCA site but could not fine the rule, but I did not look very hard. hi BBJ .. this is allowable in Vic - I have seen it quite a few times over the years. Usually new exhibitors who don't realise what they're doing. Well there you go! Told you I did not look hard.

Hey Sway, as much as I loathe to say it we need to add White Swiss Shepherd to the breed list now that they are accepted. EDELVALLEY are the only one that I know of that are under the breed

Hey Sway, once I get my bike back together (it has been in pieces for over a year now) and see how I go on it to get my own fitness up I'd take Smoka for his ET! I plan to take Zarah but that will be at least a year away as a minimum and there is no way any of the cavs would ever talk to me again if I tried to take them.
