I haven't been on in ages and ages.. however I just wanted to post this and share with everyone This morning I got up to my boy bron barking.. I was wondering why he was barking and went out to check it out. as I got outside.. I noticed what he was barking at.. The house that is diagnal to us.. dog was jumping the six foot fence( well trying too..lol) I couldnt belive my eyes at how high this dog was jumping( over 6 foot fences).. I stood for afew mintues watching him/her!! then I noticed that he had a rope around his neck and was tied to something!! then low and behold he got over the fence an was hanging over the otherside chocking, as I could tell as the fence was shaking and I could hear him !! I quickly ran inside and got the old husband up.. who ran as fast as he could around the block to get to the house... lucky the place were he was hanging had it gate open and the other half could go in and try and help.. by the time that he got around there I thought that the outcome would be horrible!! lucky that he got there in the nick of time as he said that any longer and the poor thing would have been dead I just wanted to say I am so proud of the other half

Thanks for the advice guys I have tryed crating him, as I set up his own little crate right at the other side of the house bt he isnt crate trained and freaks out whenever he goes near it and he wont even touch a bone:(( I cant bring him inside as I have my two cats in side and his not the best at all with cats either! I am trying my best to be patent with him, tho it is hard as I have a baby son and I am pregnant as well! it gets abit hard to fnd the time to fuss over him! as the ol husband is away and im by myself. there is no way that I can fence my yard off to seperate all the dogs, firstly this isnt our house and my dalmation would just jump it and help herself to whatever is going on..lol she is very springy..lol I guess I just have to be patient with him and hopefully he comes around

Hey all, Its been ages since did a proper post. At the moment I have taken in a friends dog, she is going through a bad break up and got kick out of her fiancees house( he owns it so there isnt much she can do ..) she isnt from here and asked me to take the boy as I was one of her last resorts..poor thing.. she is trying to find a place:( she just resently lost her baby.. she was 6 months pregnant and her nan is super ill so she is looking after her 13 year old sister... ok the point of this post is her dog is such a big handfull, I didnt think he would be so bad! my three are going awesome with the new dog in the yard... trying to play with him or just go up to say hello not all at once or anything... just all casual, i think trying to welcome him :D he has not eaten anything since he has been here two days, howls 24/7 like he is a wolf..lol ( I know that bit would be separation anx) He snips at my dogs if they go anywhere near him, even if they are wagging there tails and being friendly.. he sits at the top of the yard in the pouring rain, I set his own bed and own little safe area up...wont go near it. its like he thinks his a human, just shows no intrest in any of my dogs. Im not sure what else I can do, I have a little boy of my own that I dont want woken up again from his howling... but if he goes again, I am just going to ask her to take him back as I need my sleep and my dogs need rest from his howlng and bad additude . any suggestions??? oh his a blue cattle dog, around 2 years or so old, she told me that she got him at 5wks old dont socailise him very much as she thinks he likes people better so it dont matter if he dont play with other dogs and gets to know them

I love snooza beds... I have one for my boy but havent been able to get the same for my girl. it has a cover which you can take off then the inside bed also has a zip so you can change the filling for new stuff when worn out.

I have a 5d and I must say its the best camera besides the mark 1ds I have used. I dont mind not having an on board flash as they are crap anyways, speedlights are much better if you know how to use it. I think you would be much better getting a 30d,it will do everything you need:) edit, for the fact that the 5d is a studio camera as well as an outdoor camera both aspects are great, it however might not have the outdoor speed of the mark 1d's but its up there:)

Why Is The Flash Overexposing My Pics?
Photobull replied to ruthless's topic in Photos, Photos, Photos
something could be wrong with the internal light meter inside the 30d causing the camera to get wrong light readings. -
This maybe of some help, whilst at uni completing my bach of photography some of the books we used were and still are very helpful. if anyone hasnt read any of Michael langfords books get out now and get some. he has basic photography, advanced photography and many more..I suggest any budding photo maniac to check them out as they were our set text for the degree. Also there is one book I would die without...it is called photoshop restoration and retouching by katrin eismann...this is my bible ..I have used this book to fully restore very old photos for a museum. its worth a look if anyone is into fixing photos and doing alot of advanced photoshopping. some times whilst using your camera you can have the shutter set to one setting and the flash set way to fast resulting in the effect of the multi exposures on those images that you were showing. e.g say you have your camera set to iso 100 f8 @ 125 sec...then your flash is firing iso100 F5.6 @ 125 sec even tho its set to the same speed it will be diffrent ..you have to make sure that your flash is set to the same fstop. because the flash is faster than the shutter it will result in the multi exposures.
