Well said !!! This is something that amazes me also......and p's me off no end! I would have to agree … Although wouldn’t that then raise the issue of What is a Responsible Breeder? As some breeders do Gino testing, others don’t and some never do it all together? Not to mention then there is always the issue of some Breeders making up fake results just so their kennel, pride and ego’s remain intact. Some breeders are open and honest but everyone has skeletons in their closet. …….. After all we are all human.

Hey Storm, Ok one of the best to go to is PetVax .. although for vaccinations l would go with the Grange Vets which is on the north side. It really comes down to what you are after and how often you do it? As l have a few places l could recommend you to go to as l also live in Brissy. Hope this helps if not just pm me Cheers

Actually Steve, I am the one who is not sure what is going on here...... Why are you responding to my post or any of the posts on here?? Surely you have more important things to do as a forum moderator?...... it feels to me like playing favourites..... Believe me - you would know if I was being sarcastic or nasty when I write something - it would leave NO doubt. I was just wondering what the diagnosis was to lead to such a statement about drainage angles and tear staining.....I have a distinct aversion to only getting snippets of information - why post if you won't tell the full story - sans names of course... I am a registered nurse of 20 years experience - I have been in dogs 15 years and have a great interest in all canine genetics specifically disorders of the Gastro-intestinal kind and eye diseases in Siberian Huskies..... I just don't make it known as when you go off on a long explaination about disease/disease processes and genetics most people turn off or don't fully understand the words etc...... I believe totally in Keep It Simple.....and I like to be able to have my say, in my way without feeling like people are going to run off and tell on me......this is just too weird Rae I dont believe it is against the rules for a moderator to have input into an open conversation on the forum especially when they have good advice... nor do l believe Steve was playing favourites .. as where in the comments does it even indicate this? " As far as l believe when it comes to the DOL forum it is against Forum Rules to be nasty. As set out in Rules 1. No Racism, Threats, Personal Attacks, Victimisation or Hateful posts. If you can't have a discussion without resorting to attacking the other person, then don't post. Occasionally discussions on here will become heated depending on the topic, so if you find it hard trying to keep your emotions in check, take time out and go away to cool off. Any thread that descends into a slanging match will result in participants being appropriately dealt with. "it feels like its a bit nasty and sarcastic" well l'm sorry to say but l agree with Steve.
