Over the years I have had a few done and yes I stayed and then either brought them home or had them cremated. Have never had a vet sedate any of mine although when I worked as a vet nurse at the RSPCA many moons ago in QLD they would sedate dogs but not cats. Was still quick either way and they didnt use catheters. Just depends on the vet

We have always had both. However with our current dogs the cats were here first. We have 7 cats (12 year old birman, maine coon, 3 persians and 2 exotics) after our old dog passed we got our 3 dogs, 2 border collies and a shepherd. The borders love the cats and clean their faces my shepherd has decided he now wants to eat the cats so we are keeping a close eye on him. He hasnt actually done any real harm to them but I now dont trust him with the cats at all. Other than the shep we have never had any issues with either getting on, the cats rule the house and everything and everyone in it and the borders know this and know thier place :-)

I'd love to find someone local here on NSW central Coast. I used to get it deliverd up this way from Sydney but the last 2 deliveries when I got to bagging it all up ( I would get wings, mince and flaps) were off and I mean off. Was supposed to be in a refridgerated van but highly doubt van was. I gave benefit of doubt first time but not 2nd not at over 100 every 2 weeks. Alot of butchers up this way wont sell you their lamb flaps etc as they use it in there pets mince. I managed to get wings this week for 1.99kg though but they wouldnt order me in boxes (I normally buy 4 at a time :-) Could be worth a trip to tarmor with a few eskys though....
