Is it back yet? Anyone have any updates??? I am using Artemis but hav 4 week old babies on Artemis large puppy and meat etc, their poops are a bit too soft for my liking and they always do well on Eagle pack large puppy so would love to get some. (they arefine when having mince, Barf Patties just soft when I mix in Artemis)

I have been O/S to exhibit dogs, look at dogs and meet breeders, imported 2 dogs and 2 bitches and 2 lots of frozen semen...but have only had 9 puppies in 9 years so....No definately not a business, just a hobby/passion. I have a website but is to showcase my dogs only, generally anyone who contacts me I refer to other breeders who will have puppies soon or planned.

Where is SA are you Mastini? You should call Dr Girling at Noahs Crossing Lewiston and he can tell you what they do. I have heard of it happening with a friend with Newfs and also Bernese, I have never had this but I believe people dont routinely check Prog through pregnancy unless they have had a loss like yours ( ) Then the vet checks the prog after 4 weeks (I think, am trying to remember) and weekly after that if it is low give progesterone tabs or injection and monitor weekly. This by no means my own experience (thankgod) but just what I have heard. Good Luck xxx

I have no advice.....when my girl lost all her babies except 1 last year it was her first litter, she did not seem to notice anything but him thankfully, I was so so greatful that we had him, I wish so much for your mama that she had even 1 little one to look after. I am so so sorry for your loss, just heartbreaking

For christs sake why dont they put their money where their mouths are and try and educate the general public about BYB'ing and /or buying from BYB and puppy farms hence perpetuating the problem instead of hassling someone who breeds the occasional litter of purebreds. I'd say there would have been a handful of my breed in a pound ever in Australia and as soon as a breed club of breed lover finds out they take the dog out and find them a forever home.......

Is it darker blood? Fresh is bad. The vet might suggest some oral Vitamin K to slow it down then you can send someone elso to pick it u and drop off to you. Hope shes ok. I would stress about this too....cant help it I am a worrier.

Vet sounds like a scammer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or worse doesnt know what he's doing. Our vet here is charging $200 (ormaybe a bit less) Where is Hervey Bay? I know a vet in Melbourne who will do it for a reasonable price but they are near beaconsfield
