  7. OMG I so love the smilie caterpiller There is something about boof head smiles. It is like they have been taken over by the Reach company and given half a chance their heads will tilt back in half Thanks for the kind words Kadbury and Kayla. Baylee is as silly as ever and very much enjoys life, even if she is slowing down. In that photo I was holding the ball for Zeph and she jumped up wanting it. I would love a link to the video. Thank you :D
  8. SC please be kind to yourself. It does get so stressful and over whelming. The constant worry and attention to detail. The endless what ifs, don't do this or that. There is very little chill out time like there used to be. It does slowly wear you down. I guess we need to ease up a little and just be with and enjoy our sick dogs and not think about all the medicine and what ifs. After all they are living in the moment and enjoying life, which is what we want. Huge hugs to you and Emma
  9. Oh SC I had hoped that Emma's tummy was back to normal by now. Maybe try sweet potato mixed in with the pumpkin.
  10. They don't care because to quote my neighbours, "they always come back" And there is no gaurantee that they will learn on the day when they don't come back
  11. ALL DOGS, BIG and SMALL, need to be contained or onlead and under control when out, at all times. If not, small dogs end up dead and big dogs end up with reactive temperaments that can result in their death. Nobody wins. Not Small dogs. Not Big dogs. Not responsible owners. RIP Lady and many healing vibes coming your way Mrs Norman.
  12. Oh DR, I am so very sorry to read that Bison has passed and is no longer here to enjoy his fantastic life with you and your family. He was a truly magnificant dog and obviously much loved by you. May his memory and the thoughts of all your happy days together sustain you during the hard times ahead. RIP gorgeous Bison
  13. Oh I do hope that Emma is much better tonight and that she enjoys her dinner. Huge hugs to you and pats for Emma.
  14. PS the photos are cool and just the right size for we blind as a bat readers :D
  15. I am rapt that Emma continues to be well and happy. Thank you so much for the update. She still looks absolutely gorgeous and by the sounds of it her fantastic comical personality is still there. :D Oh and she deserves an occasion treat like ice cream. After all it is all about quality of life now. Where the photos safed to your phone memeroy or your SIM card? It may be possible to retrieve them. I love the idea of constant photos. They are so very important when they are no longer physically here. Huge huge hugs to both you and Emma.
  16. I was wondering as well Dyz. I so hope that Emma is still cruising along like she was in September :D
  17. More research into canine cancer, the causes, effective treatment, prevention (if possible) and whether certain cancers are heritable in family lines, ie a genetic link or is it just chance. Research into the benefits of holistic treatments and a raw diet, compared to conventional treatment of symptoms and the effects of a commercial diet. Research into the effects of diet and exercise on dogs that have a genetic predisposition to joint problems like HD, ED and arthritis.
  18. Sometimes dogs who can swim very well forget how to do it and sink  Poor Zeph
  19. Thank you so much for the update. It seems that Emma is enjoying life and doing well. Enjoy each day to the max with her. And take care of yourself as well.
  20. My docked girl Baylee is a much better swimmer than her tailed nephew Zeph But he is all muscle and she is all fur and buoyancy  Here are the three docked girls swimming with their tailed sons/nephews/second cousins All three girls are excellent swimmers, but the boys tend to swim with their ends lower in the water. The girls in heaven, water and balls :D
  21. Hi SC and Emma We all hope that things are continuing to go well for you both and that you are enjoying each day to the max. Sending much love and lots of healing happy thoughts.
