I am also a little conserned ,I have been e/mailing ,texting & face booking her ,with only one reply =her phone is broken !!!! Any news would be appreciated .

So sorry to her yr old lady is not well ,treasure every moment u have with her, shes had a bloody good inings,hers trusting she isnt suffering , hugs to you both .

sorry to hear yr old friend is having turns ,how old is she ? My advise would be to get a vet check ,also record each *turn*lenth of each ,& how often . keep her quite after each event ,keep her away from any objects she could hurt her self on during a turn.

I use a large deep salad bowl stood in a very large plant pot saucer ,help a bit but still get drips from ears !!!

imo it is scary for the owner, yes indeed ,but the dog isnt aware it has had a siezure im sure . the lead up & effects from a seizure from my experiance can vary greatly from dog to dog . In the case of my beloved one ,I knew b4 he did ,one was coming & after some, he took a long time to recover . It is very taxing on thier bodies ,. Be sure to keep a record of all seizures ,time ,leanth of siezure & siverity of such . My heart goes out to you . Be sure to keep the dog away from any objects he could hurt himself on during siezure & keep him quite after each episode

I had some that had been refridgerated ,but was out of date ,I needed some, so asked vets advise ,she said it should be ok ,but i bought fresh just to be on the safe side .

Are u guys asking me for photo ??if so ill do my best to put on up cheers I use mine for cocker spaniels ,but it would work for any breed i think especially if one used heavy duty shade cloth maybe triple it mine is doubled ,& the weight of the bitch creates a slight dip

I made my own trampoline bed to fit in whelping box whilst pups were tiny ,but remove @ about 2 weeks of age . very simple ill try to explain make up a wooden frame the same size as yr whelping box nail strips of wood to inside of whelping box (or sit the bed on pig rails if suitable ,)if not simply slide the trampoline bed onto the rails u attatched to whelping box the shade cloth must be pulled tight across the frame & securly anchored to frame its self ,doubleing yr shade cloth is advisable . I would never raise new borns with out my trampoline bed !!! It certainly reduces the risk of sqaushed babies.

you can also dissolve the honey in hot water then serve cooled to dog .

My heart goes out to you ,having just had my foundation bitch of 16 yrs laid to rest ,i know only to well the pain . try consoleing yrself, that not only did you give yr friend a great life ,you also gave him the greatest gift of all, in the name of love & devotion you set him free ,to go with dignity & rest in peace with no more pain or suffering , Time heals , I wrote a tribute to my old darling & with each friend ive lost ive planted a rose to remember them by . your friend has not, nor will ever leave yr heart,they all wait to welcome us when we meet again .

Words dont come easy @ a time like this ,but having just given my foundation bitch her wings on new years eve ,I can only say ,I felt it was the kindest thing I could do for her after 16 years of trust & companionship .One has to put aside ones emotions, muster up all the courage you can & do it in the name of love & devotion , I personally feel one can keep putting of the inevitable, If one lets ones heart rule your head . The pain & torment of making this dessision, I feel is worse than actually doing it ,Theres a knd of relief Knowing your beloved pet is no longer suffering but sleeping peacfully . Be brave ,hugs to you .
