  17. Hi ,do u mind travelling for a fantastic home away from home carer ,I can highly recomend someone in the Southern highlands ,if u r intersted pls feel free to pm me ,I have inspected this home & the owner is totally dog crazy allowing all to sleep where they r used to & given individual love & attention .
  18. I like to corespond with prospective buyers before I agree to them visiting my dogs & litter . One gets a *feel* from the first interation, be it by phone Or e/m ,If I am suss about enq ,I do not invite them to visit . I also judge by my dogs response to visitorss (usally they will lick them to death),I also watch very carefully the whole family""s response /Reaction to my big kids ,before letting them view( from a distance ) my babies ,I do not allow contact with my litters until they r @ least 6 weeks old & explain this to all prospective buyers . I personally feel it is of the upmost inportance to get to know any one considering the privilage of becoming a owner of my beloved pups . I also restrict visits to one family /buyer @ a time, so i can be with them & ansew any queries they may have ,Very time consuming but well worth the effort I feel .
  19. regaurdless of costs .....in my opinion, worth every cent ,where else can u be rewarded with such unconditional love devotion & friendship !!
  20. Thanks everyone for the responses. Cockerlover, I think actual floorboards (if that's what you have) are a bit harder than floating timber so maybe hold up a bit better, does that sound right?!? I was just talking to them about it, I suspect the floor will be sacrificed for the sake of a dog :D YEP I have hardwood polished boards, but tell yr friends ANY sacrefice is worth it to be owned by a cocker lol
  21. my cockers must be an exception to the rule :D I have wooden polished boards & cockers !!!!no problems @all >far rather mop a mistake from wooden floors than carpet !!! you asked if cockers are non shedding <they do shed a little but if groomed (brushed) on a regular basis no problems again
