  1. I really must start keeping tissues in my office, silly runny eyes. home Jed its good to have you back
  2. do you realise that the 11/6/2010 is today friday, have you got your days mixed up. I can't say that I have ever felt guilty having my male or female dogs desexed. there quality of life is greatly improved by the fact that we don't have hormones rageing and reduced risk of several cancers and other medical conditions.
  3. Minet there is no need to be embarassed about the behaviour of a rescue dog. the idea of taking a dog to training is to assist with socialising the dog and teach it how to behave amoungst other dogs ad well as teach them how to do general obedience stuff. the trainers will assit you to teach the dog to be calm and well mannered and focus on you and not all the other dogs. I would highly recommend participating in the training, the dog is obviously smart and will learn quickly how to behave amoungst his peers good luck and remember all the dogs there that are so well behaved were not born that way.
  4. Good morning Jed, hope the healing is go well and everyday sees a little more improvement. you are sadly missed here. we are all keeping the candles burning for you and your family. http://www.gratefulness.org/candles/candle...=eng&gi=dol hi waiting room this is such a warm loving place and so many caring souls waiting to for Jed. I might just sit a minute and have a hot chocolate and puppy cuddles, before heading off to work.
  5. WOW WOW WOW Serena they are brilliant, love the one in the tub
  6. If it was me I would get the xxl as you puppy will grow into it quickly. I have these for mine including the boxer and they love there grates. I cover mine with a tarpe to keep out the cold but you can also get proper covers for the wire crates. you might like to get a smaller igloo type bed to put inside it while your pup is small to give it a warm little cave. I use the large square shade cloth type matress in mine and the dogs have not damaged them at all. I would also not use a soft crate for a puppy as it will propably destroy it, once he is grown they are good for travel or indoors.
  7. well done guys, not that we ever had any doubt at your talent.

  15. I have chain link fence and have had to add black weedmatting all along it so that the dogs can't see out, it has reduced their barking heaps. Was recommended to me by the ranger after a barking complaint from my neighbour, but he was an ar#% and deserved barking at, really creepy was glad when we moved. But put it up here as well as a preventative. they still bark sometimes but better then everytime someone walks out there back door. and it is cheap, comes in long rolls and just wire it onto existing fence.
