Hopefully you will notice the difference in Mason after his treatment and next time be able to tell when he is sore. Goodonya for taking him for a "checkup" Rubystar kids wanted me to say thanks for the retrieving order - the two that have tested the woodduck LOVE IT

Whew glad to hear this CC . I think I am at the stage where I am too scared to ask how some of the oldies are going.
-
Rubystar I was really happy with the Vet I took Lara to. I had only used them once before to pull bloods for titres (and in fact I only saw the nurse then), but this time they were brilliant and I will continue to use them from now on.
-
Hugs Rubystar xx I know what you are going through right now. I think we should have banned August from ever happening in 2011 I picked Lara up today and she rode on the front seat home.....more tears......

For those of you who know Janice from agility, she has her staffy Tara pts today. Another great dog crosses the rainbow bridge.......

No mine isn't in a bad mood, she is just very blonde. I ask her to do something she knows well and has done a zillion times before and its like I am speaking another language to her. Not all girls in season react like this either. She doesn't like being separated from her best mate, but she does have company all the time.
-
The joys of having entire girls, I have one in season too. I guess this is a good thing since I thought she was due in at the end of September and would miss both the Royal and the States. It also accounts for her extreme and I mean extreme blondeness for the last 3 weeks ;) Have just been to Bunnings and Target to buy baby gates to keep her and him apart!

Ozjen - Gizmo is the third WA DOLer to pass over the bridge in the last week. I know how you feel, I can relate to the tears, sending BIG hugs your way xx

Just to tease you, I've had a quick scan through them and looks like there are some nice one ;) Will hopefully get the editing done this weekend for you, but it may take a bit longer........ CC is a star

ARGH I feel your pain - bloody MR exercise We have a few weeks of no trials here in WA. There was a trial last weekend - where we failed seekback and distance control, but I was really happy with what he did. Think I have found another problem since we have failed distance control the last three times. He gets to position number 3 4 or 5 and if its a down he tends to drop and roll onto a hip. I then know he will miss the next position. Hmm not sure what I am going to do about this, but at least I am now aware of what is happening, which is hopefully the first step in problem solving.......

All my kids have nick names which they all answer to as well as their real names, so I don't think it will be a problem for your new pup
-
Well done NIk - hopefully its the first of many highlights HIgh in trial is the icing on the cake - well done

Hip Scores - Obedience/agility Puppy
Ptolomy replied to Zug Zug's topic in Training / Obedience / Dog Sports
My first toller her mums hips were 14 and dads were 6, so I decided to get her hip scored at an early age (14 months) because if they were high I was going to get her steralised. She came in at 2,2 = 4. Toller number 4 for me - mum was 0,0 dad was OFA graded good she came in at 21 her brothers have been scored at 7 and 6 and her other sister was graded good with the OFA (in the US) You can get a pup penn hip scored at 16 weeks, but I don't know enough about it -
YOu could have Blizzard in his pedigree name and his call name could be Storm
-
Congrats Emery Does this mean you will be at the show tomorrow
-
What ever you choose can't be as bad as Ciders name. Her dad is called Burn and her mum was Pyro and out of that they came up with...... Dwindling Flame
