ANKC Breed Standard:
Yep! Go to the top of the class and ask a question.
I disagree - High Stepping is not Hackney gait. They are a different type of movement.
Definitely completely different, Hackney is a very distinct form of movement. If anyone has any doubt's they only need to watch a hackney horse :-) I would see high stepping as moving forward with a high reach forward of the front leg. Hackney is much more straight up and down.
Just to remind everyone that Belconnen All Breeds Kennel Club in Canberra has neuter challenges on offer at all 3 shows coming up on 20 & 21 November. Entries are open until 20 October. The schedule can be viewed on OzEntries at http://www.ozentries.com.au/shows.php
We are very proud that we are the 1st All Breeds Club in the ACT to offer neuter challenges :-)
The Belconnen All Breeds Kennel Club will be the first club in the ACT to be offering neuter challenges!!
We hold 3 shows over 2 days, this year the dates are Sat 20th & Sun 21st November.
The schedule will be in the September DogsNSW journal (I believe) but is already available online on the ACTCAs website at http://www.actca.asn.au/Calendar1.htm
Hope to see you there
There is a boxer breeder in the Narrandera area that may have helped particularly with the whelping!
That's probably Janet & Daryl Halliday from Boxberry Boxers. I've no idea if they have been contact or not.
Has anyone thought about contacting the breeders of the 2 dogs if they are known?
Otherwise I'd definitely suggest contacting Daryl & Janet Halliday of Boxberry Boxers.
