Thank you for answering. My dog is 1 year and 6 month now. I'll look for Droncit. Hope it is also available in online shops cuz I haven't seen any in the retail.

My vet told me that we don't need to give my dog any tablet for intestinal worms if I use advocate. But one of my friends told me I still need to give my dog the tablet (like Endoguard) to prevent intestinal worms. Is that true? or Advocate is enough ?

Help! Loss Of Hair On The Nose
Joyceshn replied to Joyceshn's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
This is the other side of nose which is normal -
I have a GSD. He's 10 months old now. We got him desexed last week. These days we found that he lost certain amount of hair on one side of his nose. The other side is still fine. He's not itchy around that spot cuz I haven't seen him scratching. The skin was perfectly smooth (not flaky). The hair was simply gone. Does anyone here know what could be wrong? Here's the picture (sorry it's not that clear cuz I took it with my mobile phone, can't find my digital camera...lol)

Where Can I Take My New Puppy To Puppy School?!
Joyceshn replied to MyPuppyBuster's topic in Puppy Chat
I sent my 5-mth-old GSD to a puppy training centre for 7 days as well. Going to pick him up 2morrow ^_^ -
I've done a little research on the internet. I found that an American magazine (forgot what it's name) doesn't recommend Pedigree at all cuz the ingredients they use are mostly in low quality and there are too many by-products in it. Nature's gift are said to be good cuz there are no by-products and additives. Is that true? Is nature's gift good?

Hi there. I used to have that problem with my dog as well. I suggest u watch this online video. It teaches you how to do it buy yourself. I think the video is actually better than only reading those words. Here's the link: http://video.about.com/dogs/Clipping-nails.htm Hope it helps. Cheers Joyce
