Parti's are Shonkypaws thing. I'm trying for blue. Best I've come up with so far is this
-
Never been close enough to an adult to find out
-
All too often SBT.. Oh and dont ask about health testing if you don't deal well with disappointment.
-
;) That's what I thought might happen Best laugh I've had in ages.
-
;)

Why would she want to handle it? It's for protection. If you handle them you take the edge off that. Chain, engine block.. feed chum, no bows.. Gotta go see my stockbroker folks.. back to take more orders in a few hours.
-
For about a month. After that, chain and engine block.
-
I can guarantee these are low maintenance. No pro groomer is going to want to see one anyway. ;) So i could probably just douse it in pink food colouring and put the bow on myself? Or can you make ones that can tie their own bow? I honestly recommend you don't try to put bows on them.. unless you have private health insurance and ambulance cover.

Give me 30 minutes and some Decore and I'll have just what you want.
-
Can't she just offload it when she moves? I am working on a teacup version though. That's always worth another three 0's on the purchase price.

Can never be too safe All males and from the same litter please! No drama. Your mum is going to be thrilled!! I'm getting some parti-colour stock from Shonks so should be able to do those. Working hard on a blue. We all know that's where the big bucks are. ;)

Easter.. all bunnies and chicks.. Hard to get a leg into that market. But give me a few hours. Yep, they'll do fine on Chum - buy a big poop scoop though. I'd recommend chaining these guys to an engine block.

Well folks, Mothers Day is coming up and here at Deshonko we've been hard at work coming up with the ideal gift for your Mum. We all know that cute, white and fluffy is money in the bank to we puppy farmers. But Mums also deserve to feel safe from intruders so some protection capacity in the back yard would be good in her family pet. I've recently stumbled across some unique bloodlines that someone up north is keen to offload share and that combine cute and lethal in the best possible way. Provided my very good friend Shonkypaws can help out with the volume breeding, I think I may have come up with the gift that keeps on giving for your mum! Ta da! Aren't they gorgeous!! You got some space at the your kennels to churn out more of these little money spinners darlings Shonks?? By the time families ping these buggers have no bite inhibition and eat a cow a week, we'll be drinking Kristal in the Bahamas! We'll do the usual and blame any issues on lack of socialisation. Cash or credit.. you all know the terms. And don't let the kiddies play with this one unsupervised. We all know that's never safe. ;) If you want something custom bred, we're always keen to oblige.

What Is Really In Those Dog Chews ?

The roo flaps at the link I posted are great for the big dogs.. they're a real workout! Hey PF are you sure that company is not a sideline for Deschonko???? We haven't had any update of their latest products for 2010 btw. I am sure we could all do with a laugh... ;) I'm still working on my fully organic range of Deshonko Pet Foods. Roadkill is wonderful stuff Keeps my work for the dole folk busy when things are quiet at the kennels. However, I've been far too busy perfecting the headfall on Howard the Havanese Whippet to do much on other Deshonko dogs of late. No matter, I'll talk to my new partner Shonkypaws and see what we can come up with. Mothers Day is coming up and we all know pups make perfect gifts for unsuspecting mums! :D Who wouldn't want another mouth to feed and bum to clean? -

Purebred Vs Designer Mutts Channel 9 Morning Show

Even though this was posted 1 page back I really have to say this is one of the best analogies I've ever heard I'll confess I did once buy a car cos it was blue and cute. ;) But I did drive it and read reviews on it first. AND I bought it from a licensed dealer and with a warranty. And it wasn't a Toyota. -

Purebred Vs Designer Mutts Channel 9 Morning Show

No, I don't think I'm better. I think my dog is better off for going to a home that was fully prepared to manage him as an adult. I bought my pup as a baby knowing how he'd turn out in terms of size, coat type and temperament. I knew who his mum and dad were and what they were like. I knew pretty much what he'd be like as an adult. How much food and exercise he'd need. What he'd be like to train and live with. I've had assistance and advice from his breeder, with whom I still talk regularly. At my dog club I see people who bought a pup thinking it would be a certain type of adult and got a rude shock. They get dogs bigger, noisier, more energetic and harder to groom than they had planned for. Lots of those kinds of dogs end up in the pound. Their owners didn't realise that meeting mum is the best indicator of the sort of temperament their pup might inherit. Or they thought they'd get only the good points of two breeds and got something else. The reasons people should buy registered purebred pups have nothing to do with racism: 1. They can select something that has a good certainty of growing into the kind of dog they want to own. 2. They can select a pup from a breeder that is knowledgeable about the breed and can assist them as it grows AND they can have some certainty that it will not inherit heartbreaking but preventable genetic health conditions. -

Well I firmly believe you just comfirmed my argument. What you are saying there is that the cost is justified because you view it as a job. Don't get me wrong, not for one second do I condone pet shops selling dogs, or any animal for that matter and firmly believe that it should be made law that they can not sell live animals. But seriously, have a look at what has been written to my poking, for the most part it consists of self noting and bitchiness. I tried for facts.. you didn't comment on my post. I paid $800 for my last dog. He was out of an imported sire and a champion bitch. He is a registered purebred. I've seen pups in my local petshop for twice that. If I wanted an oodle from that wonderful vet out at Condoblin, I'll be paying a minimum of $1500 (could be more now) for a pup that the breeder cannot guarantee in terms of size or coat type and that won't be tested for a preventable genetic condition that could see it blind at 5. Or I could go to the RSPCA like my friend and get a nice crossbred pup who was desexed at 6 weeks and now has HD. Get over the purchase price issue. The long term costs of a poorly bred dog will outstrip any purchase price soon enough. What's that saying.. "quality is remembered long after price is forgotten". Amen to that. -

Most purebred dogs don't cost $2,000. Costs range.. stud fees, health testing, whelping, vaccination, microchipping, registration. Of course if you don't vaccinate, register, microchip, take the bitch or pups to the vet or bother health testing, all the purchase price is pure profit, even if it is $100's less. Never ceases to amaze me that people seem reluctant to pay a reasonable price for a dog but don't blink an eyelid at paying more for a television or a car. I know which of those is likely to still be in the family after 10 years. Only one of those will be something most young children interact with every day. Many people probably do more homework on which telly or white goods or car to buy than they do on which dog to buy. Would you buy a car that someone with zero mechanical knowledge had thrown together in a backyard garage from a mix of Toyota Landcruiser and Prius parts? People do that with dogs all the time. I have never walked into a car yard on impulse and said.. "I"ll have the blue one, it looks cute" and bought it without test driving it. That's what people do in pet shops.
