I'm so looking forward to this set of shows - Ive never been to Temora before! Is there a breed break down? No drama if there isn't but I love a lot of NSW shows cause you get a sneak peak at how many will be there, Lol.

I don't have a problem with Students using unwanted animals to improve their skills as Vets for when they actually enter the real world and operate on peoples furkids so long as it's done with compassion. IMO those who have an issue with it can volunteer their pets as guniea pigs for Students, I prefer someone who's had practical experience

Not entered this year because Euroa is one of the worst grounds for exhibitor room I don't think I've ever been so squashed or cramped at any other ground. Shame to cause it's only 25 minutes away

Great ideas! Definately awnings! * Longer drawbar to make reversing easier. * Trolley carrier * Water holder (like Jerry can size) Hopefully you'll be up and running early next year - I'll be able to afford my 2-3berth trailer by then! I want one with all the bells and whistles

Does anyone know how the ground is holding up? Have Albury recieved a lot of rain? Thinking of coming up and spectating on Saturday! I remember seeing people losing their shoes running around the ring in the mud a few years ago, Lol!

What Makes A Show/s Popular With You?
Silvawilow replied to poodlefan's topic in General Dog Discussion
* Aisles around the rings and also running back to those poor souls not fortunate enough to be front row! * Not having to hike a mile to the toilet * Ring ropes on the ground * Decent coffee * Being allowed to set up on all sides of the ring * Decent car parking i.e. not a boggy mess (Henty/Tumut last year come to mind) * Double shows i.e. am/pm shows - not many here in Vic * Shady grounds in summer -
Ford Territory Owners - What Are Your Cars Like?
Silvawilow replied to lappiemum's topic in General Dog Discussion
I don't have a Ford Territory but have recently purchased a Mitsibushi Outlander. At the moment we're getting about 7.1-7.7 lt/100km on the freeway using cruise control and between 9.8-10.6 lt/100km round town. We comfortably fit 2 Aussie Shepherds in the back. Comes with a 5yr warranty so that was the clincher for us over the XTrail and Territory. -
Well said "Breeders" like the one mentioned in the OP's post usually find someone to clean up their mess.

I think the least amount for CIG we've ever had was $10 which seems to be the norm. When we went to SA they didn't do cash - we got a lovely cat bed for Best Puppy in Grp 5

Thank you!

Have they done group 5 specials yet?

How awful for that poor baby and old man. Hopefully the child was young enough not to remember the horrible event. -

The GSD was inter and I think Junior went to a BC. I think the Beardie went on to get it's class in show too.

Any group 5 results please!?!? Especially Aussies!

We went last year and it was one of the worst grounds we've ever been to Red clay mud crap made you grow about 1ft from sticking to your shoes, Lol. Barely any room to set up and the sheepdog trial people let their dogs crap anywhere and everywhere.
-
I'll second that! Your little one was so professional and cute to boot Well done on your BIG and ABIS too!

Same here - there's no way I'd do a 5hr round trip for an Open Show, however, in saying that if there was an Open Show say at Seymour, Wang or Benalla I'd be happy to go along and support it.
