For Those Interested - Puppy Farm Code Meeting
SeeGee replied to Steve's topic in General Dog Discussion
thank you for sharing this Steve. -
I am having trouble posting pictures. I know beagles have weight problems, however I am pedantic about keeping their weight steady. They both have waists, and Mias ribs are noticeable - under vets supervision as she has HD. My vet has always said their weight is just right. I have facebook but am on private settings. If you shoot my your email address I can either add you to facebook or email you some pics. Sorry Poodlefan eta: no change in exercise at all :D

Salivation & Unsteady On Back Legs

Prayers to Whitney to be managed and treated back to health. -
HI all, on a hunch today after giving Charlie a cuddle, I weighed both Charlie and Mia. Charlie has lost approx 700gr in the last 2 months - he was 12.7 and is now 12kgs. Mia is stable @11.4. His nature is normal, running and cuddly and playing, and he is toileting normally. He is on a normal worming schedule, and is advantixed monthly. He hasnt been to any high tick zones. He is 1yr and 3.5 months old. I appreciate any input given - I am concerned at his weightloss. He is fed raw with VAN thrown in a couple of times a week. He and Mia are fed the same, and are supervised when feeding. Chicken wings/necks lamb or beef heart, mince (mixed with van) lamb neck, sardines in springwater, all on rotation. Flaxseed and fish oil supplement, as well as Ester C..... Thank you and help me! Jacqui

Hi team, Every now and again Charlie (male, desexed, 15.5 month old beagle on raw diet) does the inward pant. It can happen when he is just lying in bed under the covers with us, or sometimes when he is just trotting around the house. When it happens at night in bed, i sit up and give him a little belly rub and he stops, and when he does it trotting around the house, it never lasts long. Its like a hacking inward snort type thing. Im not talking about the beagle snort thats normal - this is definitly different..... Its not everyday or night, maybe once a week? Id love any input, i dont know if this is normal, or whether I should present to the vets... Kind Regards jacqui

Sorry 'bout the bunny - but your dog had a good, well balanced meal Poor Bunny

vet made my 2 beagles vomit when the ate the entire contents of my bottom shelf when my house guest left the cupboard door open. Id prefer to do that then have to worry about bloat etc. Thats just how I feel though.

my 2 fluppies snugglies together all the time. beagle cuddles are best i say actually - any puppy snugglies are best, and they look sooo beautiful together

Wouldnt shower power lift colour? I always thought it was pretty strong stuff?
