  1. No - still waiting! She has definitely 'dropped', but is still eating, not restless or nesting........... Good luck... here's hoping she pops soon! I'm quite surprised tonight, nipples that I thought had dried up (haven't been able to get milk off them for days) are suddenly pouring with milk... but fatguts only put on 9g today :D His smallest gain since birth... he's enough of a boombah though he probably needs to slow down about... Wednesday is doing brilliantly and should hit half a kilo tomorrow or the day after. I think only having two is making me more paranoid.. LOL.. I have more time to dedicate to worrying about each of them at least there is still prenty of time to just enjoy them too.
  2. Any news AdoubleJ... surely if she hasn't given birth by now she has exploded?!

  9. I know This is her last litter and she will be de-sexed after this to just retire to the couch! Awwwww... at least you have lots of lovely babies to carry on the gene pool.
  10. Awww RIP the poor little man. Congrats on all of the happy and healthy babies.

  13. Another newb question for everyone... what do you use to worm your babies and how often do you worm them?
  14. OMG ADJ ... what a fat belly! I'm very excited, Pugsley hit double his weight this morning, it looks like what Ive done to keep Lola's milk supply up has worked.. yay!
  15. They are just adorable Tibbie... what sweet little things. Gawd I wish I had that much choice!!
  16. Awww.. that's when I'll be grateful for only two! (as long as I ignore the financial side of it ) My grandbabies have been eating most of the morning and haven't been crying like they were yesterday so I'm hoping that means that Lola is filling back up again.. I keep going in there and syringing more fluids. She's not eating a huge amount, but eating about what I would expect her to eat pre-pregnancy and maybe a little more, but I'm giving her richer foods as well... given that she's only got two bebes I'm hoping that will keep her going while I keep experimenting with other things for her to eat.
  17. They are gorgeous BM! Such a lot of babies makes for one hell of a puppy pile
  18. Thanks I tried to get onto my vets earlier but they were busy, I'll try again shortly. She is eating now and drinking.. she's just being fussy with both. I suspect she's a little tired of this motherhood thing already the poor poppet. Unfortunately she's just going to have to suck it up for a few more weeks.
  19. I think fluids might be the kicker. I put milk in the water but she still wouldn't drink it. But put it in a syringe and feed it to her and it's like she has been in the desert for 40 years. I might call the vet and see about topping them up just until we get this sorted as they have started to whine and complain a lot more and I'm not happy with their weight gain right now.
  20. Ta I'm pretty sure I'll be able to find something that she will eat, I'm more concerned about the milk productions and wehther the babies are getting enough milk.
