Just for those that didn't go into the April litters - THIS is a belly shot!! I have never seen anything like it before! And yes she had them yesterday - 9 by caesarean!!

OK have just done a sex check and a weigh in - told you it was quick yesterday!! We have 5 boys and 4 girls! The smallest is a girl at 261gms and the biggest is a boy @ 335gms - all the girls are smaller. All have very similar markings so in order to make sure the girls are getting enough and make it easier to supplement I am going to put a small nail polish dot on them, 1 head, 1 shoulder, 1 middle back and one by tail. This won't hurt them at all will it?

All they need until 4 weeks is mothers milk. As there is only two they can get all they want. x 2 Generally it is only when you have lots that you need to get them onto any other food at aroun 3-3 1/2 weeks.

Teagan and pups 5 minutes after arriving home and not long ago - much more relaxed A bit thinner eh!!

Progress - Teagan is relaxing a bit - looks as if all the bubs have had a feed from her and she is letting me 'adjust' them.. Did a random weigh 309gms which I don't think is too bad for 9! Oh yes did I say we have 5 girls and 4 boys all tri's - can't remember I'm so tired. Have been up since 3am.................. :D :D

Have no idea LOTG! :-) Teagan gets very very protective of her babies..................... so seeing as she has been washing them I have left them alone. Don't know if they have fed, every time Teagan lies out straight and I go to see if I can 'attach' one or 2 she curls up. I have supplemented 4 of the smaller ones and will just have to see how it goes ...........

Have just got off the phone from the vets.................. We have 9 :D and ALL are FINE.... And it's still April .........:-)

Update!! Teagan is at the vets having a Caesarean. Will update when we know where we're at.................... Have probably lost the first one.............

Not quite LOTG. Her and Billy had lots of fun over 5 days - so......last day from last mating is Sunday................. but I actually thought she had taken from her first couple of days and that from then on she was just being a little tart!! Looks as if she took from the last couple of matings though. If nothing has happened by Sunday will get the vet down to just check on her. Pups are still wriggling around well - don't know how as there isn't an awful lot of room left!!

I did tell you guys that she was rather large!! :-) She's still wagging her tail, sleeping a lot, just going off her food this afternoon, although she hasn't been eating her usual food, will only eat (good quality) dog roll...........

Ultrasounded at 6 - 4 down one horn and 2 the other - but she looks quite even as she has grown..... she had 5 last time. Our lowest has been 3 (our first litter) and a friends highest has been 12!!!! 7 will be fine thank you!! LOL... from the sounds of that she'll just keep going until one day she pops ..... She looks as if she is ready now!

My beached whale!!! She went off her food a bit yesterday, but is eating decent dog roll today, no sign of restlessness or digging - just getting BIGGER!!!

and this is him now at 5 months....... I just love his 'big spongy nose'!!

This is Enzo - we waited 4 years to get our own Italian Spinone! He is a big clown, an absolute sweetheart, dry all night in his crate from 3 days after we brought him home at 8 weeks - what more can I say! Shows like a big galumf!! The photos don't actually show just how big she is!! She was scanned 4 down one side and 2 down the other. I'm thinking that it just might be wrong!!
