You can always ring Frontline for more info It is more than likely your dog gets reinfected by the cats next door. Try to keep them out of your yard and flea bomb your place inside and out. Repeat after 2 weeks I think (check the package). To check or the Frontline is working, catch some fleas and put them in a jar. If they are effected by fleas they should die within 24 hours. I've been told they should be effected within 30 min being on the dog. I know from clients that Advantage is sometimes more effective.

check on Vets All Natural for more info about shark cartilage and their joint formula. Have found that it works really good for my dogs

Where do you live pp2? Maybe there is a profesional groomer in your neighbourhood where you can go to (I am in brisbane and yes a profesional dogwasher/groomer but I don't clip!)

Hi PP2 What sort of brush are you using? A soft brush won't take the knots out but a slicker will.

That's why those patches are called bitches patches. It helps if you hose it of with water directly after the dog/bitch has been to the toilet

Bow sounds very close to down for a dog so if you use down consider using bend instead of bow
