Thats only up the road from me! There is a removalist in A'ford that will hire out a truck with a driver thats not over the top if you need to move big stuff and have the people to load/unload it. You must feel like the wait has been lifted off you shoulders now you have a house. Munchin its in Thorbourne Rd ?? ( sp ) its a dirt Rd do you know it ??

JJ i still cant believe it, im so keen to get there but i have to sort out how to get the larger stuff there, how's the size of the shed ?? it has a concrete floor so is ideal to set the dogs pens up in also the Orchid is a great run for them as well the old girl and her daughter will be in the house yard when the fence goes up, they will all think they are in heaven Linda..

Hi everyone, Im just about bursting tonight, i went and had a look at a house today, agent picked me up and all ,the house is great and it has a HUGE 4 car garage and a huge orchid with a six ft chain mesh fence around it im so over the place im in it has started to grow mould on everything lately due to the dampness in side i suspect..... the owner knows all about the dogs and is fine with them at the new place... im just so happy but the worst is yet to come with the moving I feel a house warming coming on Pandii, sorry to read about your boy Linda

I am presuming (if it is this) that it is something that can be "popped" back in - I really hope it is that simple although I'm afraid to hope too hard. Hi Erny , yes it is a part of the spine its in the croup and affects movement ,there is also another name for it but i cant think of it at the moment a good Chiro will zone in on it nearly straight away. Linda....
-
Hi Erny, I have read all the posts with interest and to me it sounds like your boy may have "popped " his sacrodiliac (sp ) we used to have these things happen with the GSD''s and have to take them to the Chiro to get sorted, whatever it is i hope he comes good soon for you. Linda...

These lumps i have been told are caused by the vet not going deep enough with the needle, the vaccination fluid pools in between the layers and slowly disperses over time although sometimes they dont ....sometimes they turn into a cheesy matter that needs a quick nick with a scalpal to release it ive had it in my dogs as well as horses and the same reason was given both times ( by my boss at the time ). Diabetes Diagnosis For Older Dog
Tenties replied to Her Majesty Dogmad's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Giving the injections does get easier as you go along, my Mums former old dog had to have these injections daily and Mum had herself all worked up over doing them ...the vet did them for the first couple of days with Mum watching then got Mum to do it while she watched... the needles are only short little ones not normal size so your Mums friend might feel better about that... Mum is now a diabetic herself and has to give herself these injections everyday in the navel ( ouch ) With the dog you just scruff the skin on the neck and pop the needle in taking care not to stick the needle into your own fingers Just as an aside.... when i was in hospital i was getting these needles in the tummy everyday as a support for my kidneys until they started functioning again properly i was sooo surprised they didnt hurt at all in fact when the nurse came in each day with it in the little kidney bowl i upped the gown and waited for her to say ...all done... i wouldnt have even known she had done it otherwise Linda.... -

My Ginger Megs my "Fluffy dick my Pusscat gone but never forgotten.... Loved alway's Linda.....

I dont think i will be there either :D the so called landlord just turned up and i dont like leaving the dogs here on there own when he's here. Hi Mavmon you might remember me from that other site that shut down ??? i was dogseleven then. Mav we try and get together each week on a day that suits everyone so just let us know what day's suit you and we can try and work it in with everyone. Hope you can make it over soon... are you still over near Portland ??? Linda....

I got mine from Roll over rover in Grovedale Geelong when i was working there i cant remember how much weight it takes but i know i intended to hook up a few dogs to it lol.....We never recomended extenda leads for the exact weight of a dog anyway always way above what the dog weighed. Linda....
-
i will try and get there, i dont feel overly sociable at the moment if im not not there by say 11 am i probably wont be coming if thats the case have a good walk everyone.... Pandii i could have lent you an extenda lead for your boy if your not confident in him staying around i couldnt let my kids off out in the open up there as they would be off rabbiting without a second glance at me Linda...

Good one tlc i dropped into bunnings on my way home tonight and looked for you everywhere i even asked the lady at the register she said you were there somewhere but the one at the door said you'd gone , i bought a beautiful pink rose out there couldnt help myself I dont know if i can get down there for a play date on Friday i will see what happens. did anyone see or hear about the car accident in Timor st near the bowls ?? well my Mum was one of the cars the silly old fella in the other car did a u-turn over double lines and she t-boned him she spent a night in Hospital with a lot of bruising ...she was asked why her " airbags " didnt activate and she told them that her very own personal airbags saved her... Mum is rather big chested and her " boobs " copped it a fair bit when she went into the steering wheel she has the cresent shape of it across her boobs Linda....
