  1. I can't find her :-( Will keep looking though. Sooo pricey, especially considering in the UK the collars are about 20 pounds - $AUD30 and the diffuser about $AUD40!! such a rip off. Thank god for ebay. If you ever need more, just look there PM GSD's$EVER and she can put you on the right tram.
  2. It could be done at Monash or Craigeburn. Norm from Sires on Ice would also do it. As to who pays.
  3. I realize after reading this that I have seen it on my ruby cavs. The only pic I have does not show it. Shall have to look aty other pics. I had put it down to being half wet. I have pics of s black and tan boy that was all black at birth and developed his tan as he aged. I have seen this in coloured shepherds that have been posted on DOL.
  4. BB and EF there is no such thing as wind burn, if there was you would get burnt in the middle of winter. :D :D :D The sun was masked by the cloud but the UV still gets through and BURNS. So slip slop slap on a cloudy day. ;) ;)
  5. Tris pics very frequently our first fauve litter. ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)
  6. Wow those wei stripes are very groovy.
  7. I hate thumbnail pics. Photobucket is great and very easy to use.
  8. GSD's 4Ever states that that is her name on Youtube and http://www.petsprovidore.com.au/ is who sells them in Australia.
  9. I thought that there might have been a bit of the Texas chainsaw massacre by the blood on the sides of the whelping box.
  10. Well are we done yet? The posts are on QLD time as I posted at five to one. Yep this states posted 6.25 and is 7.25 now7.30.
  11. I have never had to PTS a puppy with a behavioural problem but have with a cleft palate. With the White Shepherds because they are going to grow into a bigger dog I would be watching all of their behaviour and if I felt one was going to be difficult I would PTS because of problems I have seen with Rescue.
  12. My White Shepherd has tested at 2 1/2 years because she had not had a season. She was normal so had a stimulated cycle. Came on heat naturally 7 months later.
  13. there is in Victoria ... I have always got a BOB Certificate (with the Breed points) & a BIG Certificate (with 25pts on it) when I've been fortunate to win the Group In NSW we just cross out the points and make it 25 points instead and put Best In Group under the points on the BOB certificate... cheapskates ... tell them to buy the Group cards LOL I was thinking the same thing.
  14. Gayle, I will be at very same 3 shows in Jan. If you like, I am more than happy to go over your girl quietly and friendly (with a treat if you like) prior to you taking her in. I will be loitering around Utility ring with Dyzney, my neuter Rotti bitch. PM me if you want to arrange a hook up Oh yes, yes, that would be awesome. The more people she meets and the more who handle her, the better she'll be. I hope so anyway! No worries at all Gayle. Just yell out. I have a feeling I will know you when I see you anyway. I frequent Kate's and have been herding with Dyzney for nearly 2 years now, so I am sure you will hav a familiar face :D So that will be the 2 at Newborough and 1 at KCC?? Yep, them's the ones. Newborough is local for us, so they will be her first shows ever. Will you be there? I'll come find you if you are, and have a natter. I have got Isaak entered in intermediate, he got his first points (9) at Morwell so I'm all enthused to keep showing him now. Yep shall be there. Good to catch up. Might stay with my friend in Morwell. Have not asked her yet. ;) ;) ;) ;)
  15. WoooooHoooo she is verrrrrrry cute. :D Edited for typo.
  16. I have had many a winter litter and I think its easier to keep then warm than cool. My first November/December litter was a nightmare. As we have seen over the last few weeks there is a huge variation in temperatures.

  18. The only consolation is it will be back in 6 weeks.
  19. Clubs don't offer classes just for DOL point scores  I was answering while waiting for BBJ's tooth work and missed a bit. What I meant was more people might want to show neuters because of pointscore and ask Clubs to put up the class. ;) ;) ;) ;)
  20. That's interesting. I'm almost certain that Ripley learned it from his mother. My best friend used to be friends with his breeder and she's told me the mother was also a climber.....she would climb my friends high Colourbond gate just because she could. It didn't get her anywhere, just into a space at the side of the house that she couldn't get out of but it didn't stop her climbing the gate any chance she got. It would be interesting to find out if his litter mates are the same. For the other dogs here, the fences are a barrier. They don't even try to get out, they just accept that they can't. Even Benson, who was the smartest dog I ever knew, and who was very good at problem solving, didn't try and get out if it wasn't an obvious escape route. For Ripley, the fences aren't a barrier, they're just something to get over. And when we make it impossible for him to get over one section, he finds another section to tackle. When we find him out of the yard, he's happy as can be to see us, even if he's only been out a few seconds. He;s not getting out because he doesn't want to be here or because he doesn't want to play with the other dogs, or because he gets bored in the yard, he's getting out because the fence is there to be climbed. Dogs. Who'd have 'em??? I was replying on my Iphone before and it was tricky. Now if the breeders had contained them it would have broken the cycle. Its obvious he does because he can. Hotwire might definitely be the go.
