Kadbury and I tube and bottle fed her girls first litter, a caesar pup rejection low supply. 3 pups 1 died. They other 2 would not have survived if we had not intereved. Tubeing was mainly convenience as they did suck well. We finally did get them on the boob fully. Both pups fit and well and in pet homes. I tube fed my recent litter 6 days prem poor suck. They all died but due to prematury not being tube fed.

:D :D Sem Sem. Young Rev has known to mount and hump in play no biggie but we would say Rev stop it and he would. Had had an on heat girl around over the weekend but we made sure she was safe. Got in the shower and Rev mounted mum of the one on heat over the weekend. Told him off and they both disappeared out of the bathroom. Thought she could not be on heat as BBJ looked at her on Friday when we discovered the daughter on heat. Well could not do anything about it as in the shower. Got out of shower and dried myself and went into the kitchen and they where tied and he had turned around and fallen over as she sat down. The look on his face was priceless .What the F&()*)_*()_ have I done.

Soon as the vet saw her he was convinced she was preg... touched the ultrasound wand to her tummy and in a few seconds he confirmed it So then he shaved her belly and counted... thinks it's possible there are more under her ribcage... I hope not!!! Her Xray is booked for the 15th. Very glad we took the recommendations and went to Wyndham also Now I'm hoping (praying!!!) she will be NICE to me from now on and not have any dramas LOL. Its the Ziva remember.

I have read this thread but prevented myself from posting until now. I can see where everyone is coming from. But I started breeding and selling kittens and subsquently pups way before the interent was even a twinkle in a developers eye. I have always stated that I was there if people wished to contact me. I make a phone call about 2 -3 days after the pups goes to see how it all is. Signing off with feel free to call me with any concerns. Over the years I have had a few phone calls and a few pups return for a visit. Since I put my breeders details on DOL I have had a few previous buyers Google me and then send an email with pics. This has been great. A couple of people want another pup. I belive that you can be there for the buyer but not expect constant contact. However with a Show pup I believe that the buyer has bit more of a commitment to the breeder. This should be with a few pics and a quick email on how things are going. I am selling my first Show/Stud to Qld and I will be wrapt when I know how he is going in the furture.

TS its hard when the dogs from our childhood goes. The ones we told all our secrets, who cuddled up when we were sad. Run free Bruce :laugh: :( TS
