yeah the pup sleeps in the crate at night so dont really want to crate her (as I am trying to teach her crate = sleep) but I am taking turns having Lucy in the laundry and the pup out, then put the pup in the bathroom and Lucy out.

Hi all My 3 year old maltese x shih tzu has the runs and has since Thursday. Starved her for a day and no improvement so took her to the vet. The vet thinks it is a bacterial gastro so has prescribed antibiotics and a bland diet and electrolyte solution. She is also farting like I have never smelt before The worst part is that the vet has advised me to keep her separated from my pup. This is going to be difficult because when we are home they are both with us. But such is life. I hope she gets better soon!
