I think all Children and Adults should always ask before approaching or patting a Strange dog. My Parents must have been very tuned in as I remember being told "That Dog doesn't know you and you don't know the dog so ask" I am 61yo and my children and now my Grandchildren have and are being raised the same way.

Maybe contact the local paper and have them report to make shoppers in the area aware of this attack, as a Mum I would be grateful to hear about it and be warned regarding that particular shopping centre.. Bad press might make the Shopping Centre Ban Dogs from being tied up outside.

Just finished reading this story and I would like to applaud the person for offering money for this pup....I don't think I would have thought of that in such a stressful situation. :thumbsup: for the Happy ending.
