Can Somebody Suggest A Good Solicitor
JRT RESCUE replied to JRT RESCUE's topic in Dog Rescue (General Rescue Discussion)
Thanks for the information, not sure where to go now but this guy is not one that you would want the dogs to go back to, the wife has a restraining order against him for any contact, he is allowed to see the children only once a month under supervison, do I need to say more. She must have gone through the court to get all of this so will contact her and see if there was any mention of the dogs. -
Peppi From Cootamundra
JRT RESCUE replied to keetamouse's topic in Dog Rescue (General Rescue Discussion)
Yes the ones I have had have always been told to feed chicken and rice as the diet needs to be bland and would think a puppy dry would be too rich in protein as well for the stomach. Yes either stream or boil to get the fat out of the chicken too. My own vet has told me you can receive a lot of false positives with the parvo test when it isn't that at all. -
Firstly I wouldn't think he is a medium dog, but a large. I find the write far too long, if I was looking for a dog would turn off very quickly and move on to another dog, just my opinion, I prefer them to be short and sweet, say the facts. As with others 6 mths isn't that long, I have quite a few longer then that, just to find them the right home.

I am the only one in Australia, I have a friend in Qld that does a little but can only help a person not take the dog in, what is the problem as I do take dogs from interstate. Also as far as I know the club does not do rescue as I know the RSPCA ask them to help and they wouldn't.

Extreme Anxiety After Grooming
JRT RESCUE replied to CathyM's topic in Dog Rescue (General Rescue Discussion)
Also another thing it may sound silly, but when I owned Old English Sheepdogs and clipped them I always told them how beautiful they looked after the clip and made a great fuss of them and did this for a few days because you would be surprised if I didn't do it you could see they would hide away. Also I would also look at what blade they were using because to burn and cut with a clipper I wonder if they were using the blade they use when operating because that is taking him too short, we usually used a 5 even on a badly matted OES or Poodle when I was grooming and didnt' get burns or cuts. I wouldn't suggest scissor that can do more damage if you don't know what you are doing also with a dog that isn't going to keep still. Again regular grooming and using the correct tools is the only way to go. -

Anyone Else Get This Sms?
JRT RESCUE replied to _PL_'s topic in Dog Rescue (General Rescue Discussion)
Because he thinks he can made money, I think I read there you can advertise for 6 mths for free, then pay. Also I think we need to not go onto his site as this is only giving him more hits -

Jack Russell Boy Needs A New Home...
JRT RESCUE replied to iggy mum's topic in Dog Rescue (General Rescue Discussion)
To bring some good news, Macca is doing well, attending obedience school now and enjoying his new life with my carer, will now start to advertise him to find him a good home. It is very sad to hear about the other one, but at least he had two weeks where he knew love and good care. -

My carer at Benalla can take him, also is it possible to get a certificate of desexing from the vet. Just need to organise transport to Colleen. -

Can you get a picture to me [email protected] then I can let you know if I can take him, do you know if he gets along with other dogs as I have a carer in Benalla that could probably take him in. Is he microchip and to whom because they will need to sign him over also is he desexed, no problem if he is not because we will get him done, just if he is would be good to get the certificate. -

will let her know as I know she is looking for a reliable person. -
One of my carers needs to do some fencing with colourbond and concrete down the bottom has anybody got good contact and can help. at the moment she is not able to help with caring because as we all know how good Jacks are at getting out.

Yes also received an email.
-
I will try that again because again today I could not bump but that could be the reason as I get so impatient with the new site as I find it so slow to get anything done.
-
Have downloaded that and ran it and still getting the same answer - not able to find that page, I tried again today to bump dogs and couldn't, was able to do yesterday. Still no reply from petrescue either.

thanks for the offer but all seems fine at the moment, somebody suggested cleaning out my history which I did. With the hijjackers and toolbars did they say how to fix it.
