Last year I sat and watched Crufts agility when I was supposed to be grooming and bathing a dog for a show the next day LOL

Poor girl, such a terrible thing to happen, and to 2 legs, send her cuddles from me - the insurance is great isn't it, you never expect anyone will need it but just goes to show accidents can happen.

I really am enjoying the challenge, but know it will get harder and harder to get something different - to keep myself motivated I have decided to make myself a Bella photo book at the end of the year with the photos. I am figuring Momento are probably the best, any ideas on better places for photo books? I just wanted to show the grey hair this week and ended up with a Rachael Hale type photo that I just love. I am not shooting daily, I just take some photos of Bella when I have spare time usually on the weekend, have a few things in mind for the next few weeks at least.

OMG Clicking Mad that is so funny. Did he land on top of you? OK, this is my photo for the photo a week of Bella challenge. Now she is 10 the appearance of grey hairs seems to be accelerating rather quickly so I thought it might be a good idea to take a photos that shows how grey she is, and maybe take another at the end of the year (if I remember) to compare - eventually she will probably have white glasses around her eyes.

Maybe she is not a photo person, but she should be eager to be talking to people getting a puppy from her, and she should most definatly let you know if the deposit has been received, I would ask for a written receipt. I don't breeders would think of their puppy buyers speaking to them as a hassle, it should be a good thing

The English Setters seem to be the most gentle of the setters to me, the ones I have met have been gentle and more laid back than your average gundog. The Irish Setters seem to be a bit more active than the English

Tess, maybe if you visited a show it might help to look at some different dogs in the flesh

Have opened a topic in the site suggestions for Troy. You can certainly join in - won't make it for rare spaniels though because Brittanys aren't spaniels (they are utility gundogs), but field spaniels welcome
