Great timing, I have just been learning to crochet so will attempt to make some squares

It is great along the water front now. Head to eastern beach road between yarra st and moorabool st. They are all dog friendly from the sheridan right along to sailors rest including all the new places in between

When I was looking for breeds I pretty much like the gundog group too. Springers were right on top of my list along side Brittanys. I ended up with Brittanys due to the shorter coat, less maintenance and (no offence to Springers because I would still have one) higher intelligence. If she wants an affectionate/people orientated dog Brittanys are way up there in that department.

Very cute photo Shell. Huga, she is saying just let me in the door already

Thanks everyone. I feel like I over did the editing a bit but never mind. There is a big drop down to the ocean here. Luckily Bella is a really good judge of where it is and isn't save to jump down for a swim as she was a bit keen to go in but realised it wasn't safe - she is normally on lead here, just took it off for the photo

I made sure I took this weeks before the weekend and the impending rain, one of my favorite walking spots

Poor old girl, but I guess smell is their main sense so that is one thing in your favour. Have a look at this link, I haven't read any of the articles, but the web master puts together some great information http://www.k9events.com/Pets_with_Disabilities.htm -
What a shame, hope everything is OK and turns out well in the end. I have been there a few times and found the dogs all really friendly, doesn't stop the occassional stupid owner coming in though I guess

Great photos, and that old bathroom is perfect, a lovely portrait Today is Bella's son Chazer's birthday, so he came along for a photo this week - I think I have managed to tire them out and the not quite so sleepy version - nearly went for a big slide down the skateboard ramp getting this one - I was just trying my hardest no to fall and smash the camera on cement

I often get questions about training Brittanys from my website which is fine by me. Did get one though from a person whose Brittany came from a pet shop and they were having issues, asked what to do. I spent a lot of time emailing them etc and advised where to go for training etc but they never did contact the people I recommended, what can you do?

I agree with the comments from Poodlefan and Vickie. IMO the main thing is to go for a breed that is most likely to make the job easy for a junior handler. For me if you can do the grooming it would be hands down a Mini Poodle, I have had one myself and watched many at agility and they really just want to please. I would also speak to Sheltie breeders before ruling them out as they can be smart little dogs too. I think a Beagle might make her job that extra bit harder (no offence to Beagles). ETA I have seen some very smart Maltese and Chinese Crested dogs

Hi, it was a fun day, I got some great photos, will let you know when I have edited them. Your daughter was fine and happy by the end of the day, feel sorry for her with the new shoes, I know what it is like to get blisters. Got some lovely photos of her for you I think she will love. Thanks, will let you know. There might be a special Rottie calendar yet ;) That sounds very tempting, a well trained and good looking boy

Well I did a self portrait this week, not easy because I don't have a remote so did my best with the timer. Decided to do this at the last minute so no glamour hair and makeup

I have always wanted a Holga and this guy makes me want one even more LOL. Redbubble were talking about people who wanted to do a digital Holga, that would be a dream camera - http://www.redbubble.com/people/redbubble/...olga-d-filmital Something sort of like this so no one would take you seriously anyway if you were out in the street taking photos http://cgi.ebay.com.au/HOLGA-135-BC-135BC-...AU_FILM_CAMERAS Or better still http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...em=390146696977

I just clicked on a Eukanuba add on the Dogzonline website, and noticed there is a current voluntary recall so though I would give the heads up for people who feed Eukanuba http://www.eukanuba.com.au/en-AU/product-recall.html
