great to see the new faces on here, they are all a happy looking bunch, will be a great year, can tell by the fantastic photos already posted. Chazer's first week as my new 52 week model, he doesn't like the camera much so I need to be patient, not like Bella who loves the camera. This place is normally open so I took advantage of the fact it was closed for the public holiday. I went all out with the vintage look as it is a rather rustic old place.

boohoo, last 52 week photo of Bella. Chazer is scrubbing up in the bath for his 52 weeks in the spotlight :-) This is my photo for the passing the torch challenge. Chazer is Bella's son and looks like her so unless I did this some people would think it was the same dog. Disclaimer - no dog was muddied in the making of this photo, and no dog called Bella was made wet during the making of this photo

Spikespuppy Greg is going today and I told him that you would probably be there so at least he would know someone LOL. Just saw this message about the move and his numbers didn't arrive so I quickly rang him up to tell him about the move, he has already found the show

Great news. Do you know what breed you are getting yet?
-
How sad that he is gone. Beautiful photo though and he looks so happy

Glad you are joining, but do Sharnie too pretty please :D Imagine how much better it would be with 2 Brittanys

Hi, glad you are joining in. The challenge is to take a photo a week of the same dog. Evolving did a photo a week of 2 of her dogs last year.
-
The flickr group has the first week as 3rd to the 9th. Halo is a cute name for the puppy. Can't wait to see all the photos. Have you told Terri the photos are going to be on here? she will love seeing them

This is my set, I am doing 52 weeks of Chazer this year. Great to see you back on board Shell http://www.flickr.com/photos/rivamist/sets...57625560952647/ Will be different doing Chazer. I can tell Bella what position to go in, even what way to look in a lot of photos. With Chazer it is more of a fingers crossed thing. I can tell him where to go and to stay, he will take a minute and decide how he is going to pose :p The photo on the left of my signature block is Chazer on the seat. In my mind the photo was going to be different but Chazer chose that pose, but he knows best, I just have to wait for him to create a photo. I was invited to the flickr group last year, apparently they are doing invite only for new people this year. PS - we might have a newie on board (Kyla) if she joins the forum, I am sending a link to this thread now

That is rotten news Clicking Mad This is my photo(s) for the week - a friend we walk with regularly gave her this toy for Christmas, she is having some fun with it
-
This really is cute. Will be looking forward to seeing your photos in the 52 weeks thread for 2011

This is not easy, so I am using my three favorites from my 52 weeks of Bella This one because she is enjoying herself so much This is a definate favorite although it is just taken on a point and shoot :-) And this one, Bella was a model for a pet photography night at the local camera club and she ws perfect and did everything I asked of her with tonnes of people around, flashes going off non stop and managed to get herself plenty of pats in between modelling so it has good memories of how good she can be Oh and did I mention Bella had grandpups earlier in the year, this little one is growing into a real beauty and is destined to do great things

How exciting. Can I ask where are you getting the Lappie from? Just that I know a couple of breeders in Victoria with pups at the moment
-
I must be a dunce too LOL, it can be done
-
Aaaww how cute, and you managed to get them to pose all together, not an easy task. Bob has a new hair cut too I see, very cute Jamie does look happy doesn't she. I know it is going to be a big job to do the book but I have downloaded the program from Blurb and done the front page. I figure I can do a bit at a time, I am very excited about it so hopefully it will get done, but have a few other things to do first ;) As cute as Jamie is I am looking forward to all the Labrador photos next year You said it wasn't a very good week doggy-wise, hope everyone is OK
-
thanks. Was a bit worried for a while he might try and bite me when I put him in the car but he was OK in the end and happy for me to pick him up when we got to the vets

Stopped at the shop on the way home and there was a little lost dog wondering around the street and road. Poor little thing was a bit scared but I managed to catch him when he went into someone's front yard, luckily I had a spare lead in the car. Took him to the vets who had closed by then but luckily they were having their christmas party, the scanned him and just minutes later found who owns him and had phoned and left them a message, lucky the cute little man was microchipped and will be home in no time

Haven't see anyone use it, don't know if the forum supports the code or not

Thanks everyone, glad you like my book cover. I am just realising what a big job it is going to be but worth it to get my photos of her off the computer and into print. Will be looking forward to you joining in Miss B TLC - They are a happy looking bunch as always

I just saw this thread now, just a bit late I know. The first thing I thought of also (apart from how awful for you) when I saw the news footage was how excited your Cavvies were to be getting all that attention from these people and how happy they were which is amazing considering what they had just been through, it says a lot about those little guys. Glad you are improving and hope life continues to get back to normal even quicker

;) how funny is that

The weather is like that here too Huga, cute photo. It will be great having some new people join in next year and to see your photos Shell. It is Bella's last photo next week so that will be sad, she is my favorite  Next year I am doing Chazer her son. There is a challenge for people in the flickr group - the final challenge of the year goes out to those who are die-hard 52-Weekers and are continuing on with the group to shoot a new project for 2011 and who are switching dogs. Your challenge is to come up with a creative way to capture the passing of the torch, so to speak, from your 2010 52 Weeks dog to your 2011 subject - I have my photo planned already all going well that is I am making a book of my photos from this year and figured I needed a cover so here is a photo I took today on the point and shoot at the beach (it was raining but the textures cover the dullness of the day)

What a gorgeous old boy, he looks very content there

This is one of Bella I took earlier in the year for the 52 weeks of Bella. She doesn't sleep under blankets but has learnt a trick lying down with her head on the ground so I just added a blanket
