great photos everyone, glad to see you back in here Shell Chazer had an appointment with his massage therapist Mal Lynch this week, so he went for a walk with her Jack Russell Terrier Daisy. He didn't enjoy the massage as much as he normally does, he needed some fixing after a high speed collision with Bella, he came of 2nd best but is fine now after a good massage. this is a gorgeous photo Daisy, not so good of Chazer :-) I am cropping Chazer out for Mal

Same here. I always come to the thread every couple of days to enjoy looking at the photos, but don't always comment, doesn't mean I haven't been enjoying the photos though

Thought it is time to revitalise this thread whiskedaway, love the photo of the grass against the sky Huga - great photos, especially the Wiggles concert, how excited are those kids very pretty persephone This is what I used for the back and front cover for my book from my 52 weeks of Bella for 2010 taken recently for the theme 'the view from here' This was Bella's January photo - a bit of fun shooting from the hip, are you getting the impression I like the ferris wheel? I took this one when I started the 365 challenge, I didn't last long

Evolving I like the 2nd one too Katalily, that is an adorable photo of Kyla

Hi Lic. the themes are on flickr, this is the group http://www.flickr.com/groups/mcp-project52/ - you can join any time. The themes are announced Friday night their time, but more like Sunday morning for us. She comes up with the most brilliant ideas, initially I always think OMG what am I going to do but am enjoying the challenge of coming up with something

sorry a bit off topic, but saw the coming soon pic, looks very cute also I saw the business card with the suitcase, Chazer is supposed to learn the suitcase trick for his tricks class, they have to learn to push the case open when the lid is down and climb in eventually, is that what Lola does?

great photos everyone. It really is funny when dogs watch the TV, I always wonder what they are thinking. Here is my photo for this week. I had to take a photo this week with the theme express yourself, and it was shoot from the hip week for 52 weeks for dogs on flickr. So I broke in my lovely Christmas present, a gorillapod, put the camera on timer, so sort of shooting from the hip. The express yourself comes into it because if things are not going right there is nothing in the world that cheers me up like grabbing the dog and walking on the beach. I love this one because Chazer decided to point, so he is expressing himself too, wish the seaweed fell off his foot though.

great photos everyone Lic - you should be doing this weeks new theme - express youself - your photos would fit perfectly )

the last lens I got was from B&H Photo & Video in USA, it is a great store and the exchange rate is better than when I used them http://www.bhphotovideo.com/

great photos everyone. Flaves that dog of yours is a bit of a stunner The MCP Actions theme this week was "the view from here" This is my photo. I hate heights so I figure the view from here is the best, but I have seen some great photos someone took from the top :D I decided to not do dog photos for this group and try different photos I wouldn't do otherwise, but I nearly buckled and got Bella in my photo this week. The sun finally came out at lunch time yesterday and I got this with the trusty little point and shoot which I put in my handbag, otherwise I was going to do a shot that involved Bella, but glad I didn't

great photos, those first two are so funny

funny thing about all the green grass, it grows really fast and has to be mowed a lot LOL Anyway, anyone who is planning on a book and knows who they want to print with, I would suggest to add to the book every now and then instead of waiting until the end of the year as it is a huge job, I am starting next years book of Chazer soon. I have already taken the front and back covers and intro (abbey Rd series of photos), I had not planned on doing a book when I started out last year, it was only later in the year I thought I would make one, then didn't start until after the year ended Glad everyone likes the book. My favorite page is all the little photos at the dog beach, they are just fun personality shots

absolutely fantastic news, I would love you to post the photos too -
A few people have mentioned making books from their photos at the end of the year, not sure if it was this year or last year, but I have finished and ordered mine if you want to have a look http://www.blurb.com/books/2001991 I have seen another couple of books printed by blurb that printed up nicely, not quite momento but a bit cheaper ETA this was a big job, I am going to start Chazer's book now and add to it through the year so I don't have one big job and the end of the year :-)
